MID TEENS IRR is good

Utk mereka yg ada initiative yg nak kira sendiri

MID TEENS = 15% is easy

Cuma replace 12% to 15% kat kiraan di bawah ni

Project cost USD 1,868 million @4.15 = RM 7,756 million.  
12% IRR = 12%*7,756 = RM 930 million.  
30% share of RM 930 = RM 279 million.  
40% share of RM 930 = RM 372 million.

Commercial unit of Pacific Star has obtained CF.  
The residential unit expected to handover around CNY 2020.  

Power plant has an IRR of 12%.  
Project cost USD 1,868 million @4.15 = RM 7,756 million.  
12% IRR = 12%*7,756 = RM 930 million.  
30% share of RM 930 = RM 279 million.  
40% share of RM 930 = RM 372 million.  

I projected the annual profit of RM 250 million is very fair.
