Hi Allan the free Warrant is the child, it's base price is 20 Sen, we can use one warrant to convert into one mother share at the conversion rate of RM1.65. Believe Its validity is 5 years from date of issue. Warrant due to its period of validity so will enjoy time value or the so called premium leading to final market value to b higher than its base price. Since the conversion price is 1.65 one may think that the mother price will be pushed to at least 1.65 this may b an ideal case, how the final price will work out really depends on market play. Personally I've full confidence in VS I've been keeping them since its split and with handsome gain now. Cheers and wish all make money in VS.

Personal view: Whether a counter up or not, a myriad of influences and forces are at work at the back, it is complex and intriguing, such host of controlling strings at the back, some got logic (so seemingly follow the Guru TA/FA/CFFO,ROCE, Gearing and efficiency ratios bla bla...), some no logic (Operators want it up wah, so what?), some are even evil and wilful, so collect base on own feel and gut. That's all.If price drops, cut loss, if up, collect earning and say bye bye. Punter's talk. If want to invest, follow Calvin Tan to Johore. Investing long term in Shares (even blue chips), is extremely difficult, for example, Sign, it was boasted to be so good so nice, sekali one Qtr 3 results no good, share price dropped like shit, however, once operator set it, suddenly jumped! Thanks.

Am just a beginner in Stock Market, consequently feeling very much carried away by this KC analysis and becoming very much confused and beaten down bec not sure if this analysis will have adverse effects on this counter or not. It sounds to me KC Chong's real agenda is telling people this is not a good counter to buy and its current price is overvalued! I regard the cursing words he put upfront in his write up is showing his contempt/jeering attitude towards this counter, bec how can a guru class like him would have missed out a counter if it has been regarded as good in his mind?
