When foreigner buys properties in Malaysia, it's NOT foreign investment! Pls pls pls....how can somebody say that.....the current outflow by local businessman, coupled with outflow of money from foreign trading investment, has nothing to do with foreign investor of properties.

Any investment into the country must be checked by contribution of some sort whether levy, tax, deposits, job availability etc. if you buy a property in Malaysia, only the developer gets the money unless you want to argue that they have to pay assessment and cukai pintu which is negligible. The other option as foreign investment is it must generate continuous income.....hmmmmm I wonder if MM2H is eligible since they contribute quite a large sum.........

Ask also the difference in GST vs SST........there will be a lot of surplus from GST at 20 plus billion. Btw the tax is for company with turnover at 500k and above. And they give BRiM to 7.9 million ppl with still billions surplus. Now Malaysia with 28 Million citizen and 1.2 Million tax payer but 7.9 million ppl eligible??? Does this add up??
