1. BCorp is not a GLC they are different animals and the Gov't can't bail it out at anytime.
2. He worked in investment firms, no operational experience in running a conglomerate and no proven track record in business transformation.
3. 38 years old? He will have a very hard time battling the warlords and empresses' in the group whose average age is about 60 years old. Hell, even the 'son' couldn't touch them.

Nevertheless, there may be some short term wins based on connections alone but it will not be sustainable.
