Singapore is a Chinese dominated island city state with 5.7 million guys (25% of them expat workers). joe2552 had lied again n again since 6 mnths ago that PP holder would pressed down price for 6 mnths to pay low bec of moratorium. By lying that it would mean he want the price to drop not up, so that he can collect low. A lot of newbies dont understand moratorium kena cheated by him..
