laugh die me, moratorium allow U to pay later but price must be fixed, U need to know the amount to be paid later. There is no such thing as when U order something n u can press down price to pay later to make the company lose money. conman joe2552 must be the insider who takeover PP at 2.7 cts, so he asked U to buy 3 cts, for him to make 11.25 mils. thats why he purposely misled U that PP price is 6 months average, that is ridiculous. Dont be cheated by him, let him fail n sell at 2.5 cts...

First profit taking for PRC (PP party) is at 0.03! Carefully planned. Everybody in the losers’ pool will have to accumulate Lambo at 0.03 bcos of the potential gain after the completion of the private placement exercise. More so if the PRC identity is very reputable.

joe2552, that were 900 mils of PP approved in EGM, what they actually said was valid for 6 mnths, which meant they could exercise them anytime, within 6 mnths. There were not new major shareholder after those pp exercise in 2 tranches, 300 mils n 600 mils.
dont tell me you dont know how to go to Bursa announcements to check out their exercise date? there were also 600 mils of ESOS after 600 mils of PP...
775 mils PP was new n announced end of last yr, 2 tranches of 200 mils had already being cashed out, n there are still 375 mils to be listed anytime soon. This will be the last time I rectify U..

joe2552 u have no dignity bec U kept lying about Bursa's rules. It is impossible that PP price is 6 mnths average which U also failed to calculate. U stop lying only after I posted the link from the Star, otherwise, U will continue.
What shame a person claim himself PHD such simple rules from bursa also dont know or dont understand what Bursa stated there. Besides, it was stated PP would be identified with price later, there is no such thing as PP holder can get moratorium for 6 mnths without price quoted n can press down to buy lower.. nuts... lol....
