From my observation whole day, it won't drop to 0.08 again. Might need few days before shoot up.

Just read a posting in another forum that mentioned potentially IFCAMSC will marry with DGSB. But don't understand the meaning of "marry" in that context.

Will going up slowly to 2.00 again

Right Issue with Free Warrant Cancelled

The Board of Directors of DGSB (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Company has on 4 April 2014 decided not to proceed with the Rights Issue with Warrants as it is the Board’s intention to maximise the funds to be raised from the Rights Issue with Warrants rather than based on a minimum subscription level.

The Company is currently evaluating alternative proposals for a more holistic corporate exercise to be announced in due course to meet its funding requirements.

This announcement is dated 4 April 2014.

They are so smart. Seems like the take over of Microlink will be completed very soon.

So the next important question is, what FRB is going to do with that RM50 million? Won't keep in the bank right? Who will be their next target?

Buy FRB as the risk is lower.

The proposed right issue with warrant most likely have to be cancelled. Because the stocks now only trade at 0.06 far below its par value of 0.10.

Anyway, if the company is really keen to raise fund, it could still replace it with private placement later. Example, look at Extol's case. It cancelled the proposed right issue exercise in September 2013 after few extensions and subsequently came out with a private placement proposal in October. Look at the price movement recently and you may get the answer.

Buy below 0.06. Good luck.

Strong support above 0.80. Hopefully will come to its turn soon. Eyeing above 1.00 by end of this month.

Buy its related company, FRB.

All the big guns are related to this group .. Dato ' Thong & Larry Gan etc. Can see bright prospect. So anything below 0.06 can consider a good buy. Anyway If not comfortable, buy FRB. Lower risk.

If touches 0.055 and 0.05, just buy it and keep for next round. Only miracles can help those still holding. Good luck

Just read a recent announcement by Microlink on 7 March. It indirectly telling us that FRB have owned about 88.54% of shares in Microlink as at 30 Jan. Meaning that it should by now have probably owned more than 89%. Take over might be able to complete very soon. Stay tuned.

Look at the trading pattern, will be its turn in the coming week. No contra. Buy and hold, and hope to be rewarded above 1.00 soon.

As expected, now drop to 6 sen. Looks not so positive abt the RI.
