I am using Dr Joseph Belmonte's ROE method (refer his book on "Buffet and Beyond"), 2015 ROE had jumped to 15% from 9% (2014). Using this 2015 ROE to predict future price which is very2 conservative, the safe price to buy is 1.29. Therefore, it is undervalue now.

Put aside Swak election catalyst, having too many established future earning visibility, no need to explain, all know. +DMI>-DMI, ADX already reversal, seems uptrend reversal with high momentum.

Price low pivot keep falling, but -iveDMI strength keep reducing, could be a genuine Bullish Divergence very soon.

Same observation are seen on last 3 low pivot points of DJI and SP500.

So far, the next 2 low pivots RSI (post 22 Jan 2016 Bullish Harami) indicating uptrend. If not mistaken, OBV of those 2 low pivots also indicating uptrend. So, Bullish Harami theory is actually happening, maybe not obvious yet by candlestick yet.

Buying (higher) vs Selling volume gap r getting wider as at 10:58. Mayb bullish sentiment already in.

Double checked with www.tradingeconomics.com, The Jan 2016 US Consumer Index is at 11322.5 (highest todate). Why this article gave alarming US Consumer Index numbers ? Something is not wright here or my reference is wrong.
