I just dont understand about some so called "investors".

Why would you even consider this counter? Why dont one even take effort to look at its earnings.


For one... negative PE...losses 5 years in a row and worsening! So what if there is some new MoU? this company has been making losses despite its RM2bil in revenue is a clear indication of its inability to manage its operational and non-operational costs (although i have not looked into their detailed income statement)... but losses extending 5 years back !!

Remember...share price is a reflection of Future dividends! Financial Management 101! Regardless of the various valuation methods out there... P/E... EPS... DCF/future growth...they all have one thing in common which is the ability of the entity to generate EARNINGS in the future. And earnings translate into DIVIDENDS (one example is BJCORP. Fantastic earnings; NCAV is few times share price ; PE extremely low among peers... but why Share price still depressed? simply becz their dividend payout is disappointing)

This case... despite Billions in revenue but still inabilty to generate profits speaks volumes. I am no expert in steel industtry and you may come and tell me about raw mat costs or its overheads etc etc etc...end of the day its the CONSISTENT EARNINGS and CASH that we should look at in a company. Only then the share price will SUSTAIN.

Stop chasing prices. Retailers were the mangsa in this stock (Same case in VSOLAR... PERWAJA...ASIABIO). this counter was clearly manipulated and the small fishes were caught high up.


Please people.... dont chase prices and be manipulated by the sharks. Yes, high risk = high returns... but chasing value that doesnt exist is plain stupidity and merely asking for trouble.

Frontken hit a high of 29 last week and so did Nova at 25.

Genetec was at 22 and all 3 were trading at record high volumes. The way i see it there's easy 20-30% upside in the near term due to fundamentals still intact plus pending QR in coming weeks (which i predict good results based on improving QR trend). Just my 2 cents so please dont blast me :D

Personal Opinion : Currently market is in selling overdrive due to temporary sentiment of ringgit gaining strength hence the bearish pattern in export oriented stocks. i believe this will only be temporary and once the dust settles it will start rallying again. Currently prices are at low/pre-rally levels and its a good opportunity to position yourselves. Just a matter of time.

Currently still holding Genetec, and under my radar is Frontken and Novamsc.

I'm very upbeat about this counter. based on low PE, inproving QR and high buying interest past few days.

Just need some catalyst, maybe in the form of annoucement or next QR.

my rule is simple. only profit making companies with PER below historical high or in this case its much lower than its peers. Strong volume today.

This counter has increasing profit every quarter i dont see why it shouldnt move up. The way i see it.

I think this has more upside potential than Frontken at this price. Although frontken FA is much solid, but remember 2 days ago over 100m volume snapped up between 0.20~0.225. Its a matter of time before this breaks out another wave

@JN88 with big players with big stake buy-in at 0.23~0.24 i believe it can be considererd as a good support level

if you notice this si the same pattern/chart as Priva. I sold priva too early and i regret.

My personal TP for this is 0.48 as the FA is certainly much better than Priva. Estimated time period 2 - 4 weeks
