KUALA LUMPUR (March 2): Dataprep Holdings Bhd, whose share price hit a record high of RM1.75 today, said it is not aware of any corporate development relating to its business that has not been previously announced as well as any rumours, reports or possible explanation that may account for its unusual trading activity.

It an announcement to Bursa Malaysia today, the company also noted that it is unaware of any material information that requires immediate disclosure in accordance with Paragraph 9.03 of the Listing Requirements instead of the announcements on the proposed private placement and proposed acquisition of 510,000 ordinary shares in RIDAA Associates Sdn Bhd representing 51% of the total issued and paid-up share capital.

“The board of directors will make the necessary announcement and comply with Bursa Securities Listing Requirements, in particular Paragraph 9.03 of The Main Market Listing Requirements on immediate disclosure obligations,” it said in response to Bursa’s unusual market activity (UMA) query over the sharp rise in its share price and trading volume recently.

Dataprep, an information technology service provider, added that it has been continuously looking for new opportunities to enhance the value of the company.

At noon break, shares of Dataprep settled 24 sen or 16.67% to RM1.68 with 52.98 million shares done. This valued the group at RM1.01 billion.

（吉隆坡29日讯）艾力斯（IRIS，0010，创业板）独资子公司IRIS资讯科技系统人有限公司（IITS），获得内政部颁发总值11亿5943万令吉的合约。

艾力斯周五发文告指出，据上述合约，IITS将为移民局“国家综合移民系统”，进行研发、设计、安装及测试工程。

上述合约自3月1日起效，2025年8月31日结束，为期54个月。

同时，IITS需在合约生效日的首30天内，向内政部交付1288万令吉的履约保证金。

VS Industry Bhd may be making a resumption of an uptrend going by the onset of bullish momentum yesterday.

The daily moving average convergence/divergence line has made a positive crossing of the signal line, which suggests a resumption of strong buying momentum.

Other indicators, including the slow-stochastic and 14-day relative strength index also continue to advance.

Based on the daily price chart, the stock is returning to its all-time high of RM3.12, which serves as the resistance.

A crossing above this hurdle would put the counter in uncharted territory. To the lower end, support is found at RM2.86 and RM2.68.

Solarvest Holdings Bhd is making a turn higher as it seeks to end the correction phase that started earlier this month.

Other indications of a positive retracement are the slow-stochastic and RSI, which are neturalising from oversold territory.

Support for the stock is found at RM2.11 and RM1.95.

LOTTE Chemical Titan Holdings Bhd rebounded strongly following a breakdown earlier in the week that triggered a correction.

Following yesterday’s bounce, the stock has returned to the previous trading range, capped by resistance in the RM2.42 to RM2.52 range.

To resume an uptrend, the share price has to find its way past hurdle to overcome the downward pressure.

The technical indicators reflect this view as the slow-stochastic and RSI return from oversold levels to suggest a period of neutralisation.

However, the MACD remains submerged in negative territory. Further gains could see it cross the signal line to give a “buy” signal.

Support for the stock is pegged to RM2.07 and RM1.97.
