Strip the company naked and sell of all the asset

A lot of newbie think at 0.17 the chances of losing money has lessen. But that is just an illusion. If the price indeed drop to 9 cent, that s almost a 50% losses.

I already warned when the price is at its peak 0.62. This is a rubbish company.
Quite obvious some IB is involved in this pump and dump scheme.

GCB is no doubt a very good company. But beware of the highly cyclical price of cocoa that will affect its bottom line dearly when things take a turn.

This company has a 0% PATMI growth for the past 5 years, yet ppl still think its a growth stock valued it at more than 30x P/E. CRAZY !!!

Seems like the Syariah fund are disposing in bulk thru direct transaction with 3rd party judging from the high volume this past 2 days without much price movement.

STRONG SELL at fair price of 0.50. Operating Cash Flow is negative throughout its operation and massive debt and internal dilution of shares. Alot of hanky panky

ECONBHD is now trading at 1.7x P/B which is much higher than peer PTARAS at 1.3x P/B. Both has a P/E of around 25x. But PTARAS has a very attractive DY of 6.5%. At current price of 0.45 ECONBHD is expensive compare to peer. Downgrade fair price to 0.30.

You need to look at all angles for valuation. Current P/E, P/B, future growth & DY historical div payout, earning, book, Share Dilution, FCF, Debt/equity, Liquidity etc. It is not as simple as looking at P/E or else the fools will be filthy rich.

Already priced in all the good result ahead. Waiting for ikan bilis to buy in while the sharks are unloading to lock in profit.

Next move will be to de-list at current price + 30% premium = 0.50. Then after few year listed back again at 2.00. Kacching kacching.
