LKH is now having difficulty to list IWH. No corner stone investor want to invest in this company Kosong. No point to have huge landbank while cannot unlock the value.

The government is incapable. PM said currently government is broke.

IWH prospect is very bad. The landbank in Johore Malaya is not worth already. No HSR, no FDI, no influx of capitals, no tourists, no population. The economy in Malaya is sluggish at the through. EKOVEST should not purchase the land.
