It makes sense for PPB share price to be on a declining trend as profit for plantation section is under pressure.

Alternatively, LYSAGHT should declare a special dividend of RM0.50/share. It has currently a cash per share backing of RM2.09. LYSAGHT has declared a dividend of RM0.50/share back in 25 November 2014 when its cash per share was only RM1.06... ;P

With its retained earnings being 3 x its share capital, LYSAGHT would be doing its shareholders good if a 1 for 1 bonus share issue is announced.... ;)

At 2.25, LYSAGHT is being valued at barely above its net cash per share of 2.09 per share. It is good opportunity to accumulate at the current price as its business should resume upward trend post covid-19

How is the coming QR gonna be? Insight, anyone?

BPPLAS latest QR wasn't too bad. Hopefully the same will apply to TGUAN...

Hopefully the dividend payout would also increase in line with financial performance.

Good QR overall. Plenitu also did well in preceeding quarter. Assuming this is more of a norm moving forward, current price of1.24 is still too low. It should at least be worth 2.00.

KSENG is like a snowball on a very long slope, its value can only grow over time. The longer we hold it, the better its return would be.

This is even before we take into account the EPS of say RM0.50 - RM0.60/share!!!

Simple maths says the land bank in Johor alone is worth a whopping 2.5bil!!! That alone will give RM6.94 in value per share (no. of shares issued is circa. 360mil)!!!
Plus net cash & liquid asset per share (including investment securities) of approximately RM4/share, KSENG is actually worth much more than RM10/share. Very undervalued indeed!!!
