If I were the Vietnam government, I would award the Betting license soonest possible as sooner or later is the same, purpose is to collect more taxes n this pilot license is only 5 yrs.

And base on the assessment n requirements, BJC does have advantages due to
- already have close business relationship with government ;
- Already have 2k+ counters nationalwide to receive betting and target 10k counters in near future;
- JV can earn not only the taxes but sharing also the profit;
- other operators need time to setup counters and delay the taxes collection
- can share the operating cost ie rental of the counters and improve profitability for both lottery n football betting.
- currently the people there also online football n the operators are based at overseas n never pay tax. Why dont rollout the betting soonest possible to reduce betting Money flow out from the country n to collect more taxes ?

the market size of football betting could be larger than vietlott as it is monopoly business ..

It can't be like MYEG or Hibiscus in short term, those are trading at super high PE.

But what expect here is fair value the stock. If use normal PE 10, it shall be worth 70cents and further to that, not to take in the new contracts and higher crude oil price at the moment into consideration .

Slow and steady is better.. don't up too fast
