no wonder all the O&G stock bin chi chi (face green green) ..

Saudi is the most powerful member in OPEC, producing 1/3 of total output. The oil minister has made public that with their deep pocket and low production cost, the country can withstand the current px for a while, and it has kept mum lately even under pressure from Venezula & Iran and some non OPEC producers. These two need higher px to balance their book. Saudi strategy is to maintain market share.
Even if they agree to cut back, then who to cut, how uch to cut, for how long to cut etc.. OPEC will be kept busy from now on..
my feeling is crude still has some downside ... and as an oil exporters, we really have a real issue ahead of us.
