Yeah ECM & Fed are 2 different central banks, that I know ha ha. But liquidity is just like water, it seeks equilibrium one mah, correct or not? Economies world wide do not operate independently, especially G8 (or now G7, poor Russia). I personally think since 2008, financial markets have been operating on its own, very much detached from the real world. Hence in deciding policy, the central bankers would err on the safe side. Therefore I personally think it's not likely for US 10 yield to go beyond 3%, not so soon. Hellen is a dove la. But I may be wrong. Time will time :))

Frankly, any tightening are signs of improving economy, of growth accelerating, it then will justify higher PE and stock prices. Therefore it's so important we buy stocks with fundamental, for example KSL :))
