If the KSL management is reading this blo, please :

1. spell out a clear dividend policy. I can guarantee if KSL pay at 40% or 29sen this year, which yield 7.3%, the share price will go to 4.80, ie a PE of 6.6x, very cheap still

2. Give bonus la, to please the investors.

3. Communicate with investors regularly by meeting analysts, quarterly briefings, more IR activities, in short.

But until & unless the companies start to create value for shareholders, in this case the share price, the stocks will continue to stay undervalued for a long time. Mkh was one such stock. Now for a change, MKH and KSL are starting to engage with investors, starting not to pay directors too well, starting to pay dividend at meaningful yields, starting to see analysts. Let's hope all these will put them on fund managers' radar.

Kriss Asset was the owner of Mid Valley Mall in KL. The share price went from below RM3 to above RM10, when the asset was turned into IGBReits, in September 2012.
