Too bad they cannot grill/taruh the board kow kow for their stinginess for not paying dividends for many years and for their shamelessness for continuing to pay themselves huge directors remuneration & fees for many years.

Most likely this coming AGM, the stingy board will use covid-19 pandemic as a new excuse for not declaring dividend.

Did KSL request for extension of time to announce the 1st quarter 2020 financial results? The aforementioned financial results is supposed to be announced by end of May 2020. I do not come across any announcement being made to this effect.
