Quarterly accounts can not be submitted on time. It seems like the former directors just resigned & wash hands. The former directors it seems have inflicted much damage to the company.

It would appear that for today IDSS must cover position at 4.45pm. Sold short 5.02 million shares @ < than RM0.295 so later must buy back @ RM0.30.

Take a good look at Tiger Synergy current share price & you will get your answer.

The Company wishes to inform that the originating summons and the Company's application for injunction were heard this morning (27 May 2019 at 9.00 am) before YA Tuan Ong Chee Kwan. The Court had reserved its decision to 28 May 2019 at 2.30pm.

If indeed QLC is/was one of the cornerstone investors then likely game over. If history was to repeat itself, pls read up on Multi Sports Holdings Berhad IPO where QLC was one of the major cornerstone investors. IPO @ RM0.85 now @RM0.01. It seems that QLC was allocated shares at a discount i.e. less than RM0.85. QLC sold his shares below RM0.85 almost immediately after listing. The stock price never recovered ever since. Now @ RM0.01.

If I may ask, who is Leng Chan & Ma Yu?

Very fishy for the cornerstone investors to subscribe at RM1.10 & later throw at RM1.03. Do you think any form of discount had been accorded?

Stock IPO price probably overvalued. This notwithstanding no one forced the cornerstone investors to subscribed at RM1.10. However for them to subscribed at RM1.10 and immediately dumped at RM1.04, one would assumed that some form of discount had been formulated. We will know soon enough.

I would not discount the possibility of some creditors having being allocated shares via debt swap are currently cashing out.

Reminds me of Multi Sports Holdings Sdn. Bhd. IPO where it enabled a pre-IPO investor (Hong Leong group of companies) to cash out by dumping shares below IPO price. IPO price @ RM 0.85. Today @ RM 0.01 also people don't want to buy. A lot of minority IPO shareholders got burnt leaving only ashes.

Now just hit @ RM 1.09 below IPO price ........ what a joke of an IPO.

Must be very desperate for money to sell at IPO price @ RM 1.10. Other company's major shareholders would have provided support instead of cashing out.

If moratorium period applies then who have so many shares i.e. 100 million shares to dump from RM 1.13 to RM 1.11. No intraday short selling allowed some more.

From what source can the minority shareholders inspect whether there are any substantial debts/monies owing by the directors to the company? We must not discount the irony of such a debt subsisting & the sum are adequate to cover the loan defaults.
