Dolly and stockraider hiding in dark caves because they pawned their everything to buy Evergreen. LOL
2017-03-08 09:09 | Report Abuse
Just check back all my previous comments history. I used only FACTS and my predictions have proven to be right lah. Share price of Evergreen has sunk and DOWNTREND will be intact. Most people jump to better cash-strapped companies to its peers/competitors.
This share price has COLLAPSED and any small technical rebound will be short-lived and it will continue to TREND DOWN. If u doubt what I said is incorrect then check back the price in 1-3 months time. That time u will regret of not listening to me. Dolly and stockraider are 2 losers of example. Ha ha!!

LOL are u seriously telling me borrow so much debts is "still" good during this time around when the global economies are swarmed with protectionist policies? Research well before u really put argue with me. Most companies already quickly pare down debts. Mighty Hapseng also doing just that. Why would a smart company still want to incur massive debts? Evergreen's earning power is not strong that is why it doesn't want to restructure the debts just yet.
PMETAL is MONOPOLY and with the Ringgit being the most devalued in the entire region, most foreign countries/companies started to import from PMETAL. Do u actually get this very fundamentals right in the first place? I welcome u to discuss further and see how well u understand it.

Foundpac's share price is sinking as IPO euphoria vanishes! The days of the momentum buying since its IPO debut 3 months ago on 29/12/2016 has been confirmed to come to an ending streak.
This is now an OVERVALUED and OVERRATED stock since its IPO days!
Stock price: 0.74
Net tangible assets (NTA): 0.177
That is OVERVALUED 4.18x times!

Evergreen earns only RM 17.86m per qtr but with RM 205.257m of debt borrowings. Now buys subsidiary to do RTA. Current payables amounting RM 149.521m also have to pay so where got money to pay so many things?
12 quarters / 3 years to break-even with the MASSIVE debts? Later bumpy quarters with less earnings happen then how? Result will be longer period for break-even.
With so much borrowings in place and limited cash, Evergreen has insufficient money to do these:
1) CAPEX averagely RM 30m annually
2) Give out dividends to retain long-term investors/shareholders?
3) Restart particleboard segment
4) Starting RTA

Almost all companies trying to pare down debts.....
The mighty Hapseng also paring down debts:

Sime Darby also needs to relist itself into 3 separate entities to restructure so that the high borrowings do not affect the rest of the businesses as a whole:

U think FPGOUP can forever post positive profits? What if BUMPY quarter happens just like that? Snap! Other manufacturers/exporters listed in Bursa also not spared from the bumpy quarters. Just look at the fragile currency exchanges, costs of raw materials, import costs and costs of doing business in Malaysia are even getting more expensive. Unless a company has long track records otherwise FPGROUP will not be spared to face bumpy quarters.
NEVER TOO OPTIMISTIC or OVER-CONFIDENT over its earnings. Seriously, it is just a manufacturer/exporter WITHOUT RECURRING INCOMES. How sustainable can its earnings be? Think of the fundamentals.
2017-03-08 07:19 | Report Abuse
A newly listed company without publicly available track records of previous few years. Just for the sake of getting listed in Bursa, it has done nice things to its recent few quarters balance sheets for the public viewing before listed.
What does seasoned & prominent investor Warren Buffett always taught people? Go seek the notes.
FPGROUP's STOCK PRICE IS RUNNING ON THE HYPE OF A NEW LISTING MOMENTUM BUYING THUS IT IS NOT SUSTAINABLE. Just look at the stock price against its NTA and u know straightaway.
It is a manufacturer/exporter so plz find one such commpany that has its share price super overvalued many multiple times than its NTA for a newly listed company.
Stock price: 0.74
Net tangible assets (NTA): 0.177
That is OVERVALUED 4.18x times!
This is also an OVERRATED company. It was listed on 29-Dec-2016 so that it can debut with momentum of joy and next few days were holidays. All timing games. Now it has been listed for 3 months or 70 days to be exact, most people treat it as FD of 3 months and started to dump the shares to take profits. This will be a SHORT-LIVED "DEBUT" SHORT BULL RUN.
If u are blind then plz ask someone to check for u on the technical charts. It has since EXHAUSTED last month in FEBRUARY and 23-02-2017 was the day the DOWNTREND has started.
This SHORT-LIVED MOMENTUM BUYING has come to an END at 0.740 price where GAP-DOWN just happened & started between 0.780-0.775 with black window. This will be the strong resistance.
Those people who put in money have pulled out their money because they know FPGROUP's share price is NOT SUSTAINABLE.
For the most recent 9 trading days, it has confirmed the DOWNTREND is going to stay. Check back all newly listed companies in bursa for the past one year, where is their stock price. FPGROUP's hypes of debut momentum buying has ended.

Evergreen
Cash: 160,308,000
Total borrowings: 205,257,000
Total liabilities: 388,027,000
Cash - Total borrowings = (-44,949,000)
Cash - Total liabilities = (-227,719,000)
Take the latest 5 quarters results of Net profits:
(17.483m + 16.88m + 16.459m + 20.619m + 21.029m) / 5 qtrs = 18.494m averagely per qtr
RM 205,257,000 total debts / RM 18.494m NP = 11.1 qtrs to break-even
Take the latest 4 quarters results:
(17.483m + 16.88m + 16.459m + 20.619m) / 4 qtrs = 17.86m averagely per qtr
RM 205,257,000 total debts / RM 17.86m NP = 11.5 qtrs to break-even
Remarks: Evergreen's massive debts are so huge that it needs at least 12 quarters/ 3 years just to break-even with it while its competitors and peers are embarking on expansion dethroning it from being the largest market cap stock. It is unable to clear out the total liabilities that is why it always need to use loans to keep up with business trades, capex & other things. After minus all debts, it doesn't have cash and if it minus all total liabilities it is even troubling with -227.719m amounts owed.

Hevea
Cash: 128,443,000
Total borrowings: 15,489,000
Total liabilities: 93,118,000
Cash - Total borrowings = 112,954,000
Cash - Total liabilities = 35,325,000
Take the latest 5 quarters results of Net profits:
(28.006m + 17.233m + 15.161m + 20.268m + 25.693m) / 5 qtrs = 21.2722m averagely per qtr
RM 15,489,000 total debts / 21.2722m NP = 0.73 qtr
Take the latest 4 quarters results:
(28.006m + 17.233m + 15.161m + 20.268m) / 4 qtrs = 20.167m averagely per qtr
RM 15,489,000 total debts / 20.167m NP = 0.77 qtr
Remarks: So Hevea's debts are so small according to its own earning power per quarter. Its cash keeps adding up at least RM 20m each qtr. Just 1 qtr is enough to clear out the debts and even after clearing the total liabilities, it has RM 35.325m EXCESS CASH.

I've shown u with calculations that at least 12 quarters to BREAK-EVEN with that MASSIVE DEBTS. GO check lah.
2017-03-07 16:34 | Report Abuse
U argued with me the debts is not massive. RM200m++ is not small. U said also Evergreen is not furniture maker RTA and I showed u with PROOFS then u quickly removed all ur past comments to hide what u said wrongly. Don't be hypocrite lah.
2017-03-07 16:32 | Report Abuse
See? It's just so easy for u to avoid admitting the facts. Not true? All are facts. Check lah since beginning also all data are taken out from all quarterly/annually reports mah. Did I create fake ones?
2017-03-07 16:30 | Report Abuse
From the VERY BEGINNING of my comments history, u can read that I wrote about Hevea's success is due to RTA because of RTA's highly customizable and crafty natures. That is the KEY to its success. Many other peers have followed that direction and so does Evergreen. Just one worthy question only. Why on earth is Evergreen spent so much capex per year RM30m++ averagely but profits & its margin not improved???
2017-03-07 16:27 | Report Abuse
Throw price? RTA is Hevea's main contributor almost 60% revenues that is why Hevea's profit margin is double-digit. See the facts mah why does Evergreen spent so much CAPEX for few years already but profit margin not improved over the years? Ask yourself and answer. Ha ha!!
2017-03-07 16:25 | Report Abuse
Evergreen's share base is 846,423,985 issued. If doing rights issues, insiders already know it will be priced very low than current price.
2017-03-07 16:24 | Report Abuse
LOL Evergreen is going for fund raising. U better be careful. Once rights issues announced, ur heart will SINK disappointed.
2017-03-07 16:22 | Report Abuse
U either don't understand Evergreen or u being stupid not knowing it is doing RTA quite long time ago with just 5% revenues contribution? LOL

An overvalued stock has a current price that is not justified by its earnings outlook or price/earnings (P/E) ratio, so it is expected to drop in price. Overvaluation may result from an emotional buying spurt, which inflates the stock's market price, or from a deterioration in a company's financial strength. Potential investors do not want to overpay for a stock.
