With our Malaysian market very hard to say, stellar results also may be underapreciated but nonetheless we know Inari is a gem in terms of our holdings then ok liao
Can double revenue in 3-5 years if the capex investments and market demand remain intact, very good holding factors I would say, wouldn't top up just yet though, tunggu jerung mari tekan dulu oni go fishing

Kudos to all shareholders who held on tight along the consolidation periods!
Much more to come hopefully in line with the growth and increased demand :D

Fuiyooo based on the 3rd of August company announcements,
EPF has taken up a total of 41,803,700 shares via the latest private placement :0
RM3.10.... I also wan lor hahaha eh wait, I forgot I small fly nia hahaha but Inari does seem like a worthy share to hold for the immediate medium-term (2-4 years) according to my personal opinion!
Private placement seems to be welcomed by institutional investors and large corporations alike, coupled with ongoing talks with a few large MNCs (Which is what the PP is for, capex investment to accommodate the needs and requirements of the new prospective customers)

Inari and Greatec steadybombibi! Sadly no funds for MPI :3
2021-07-19 18:29 | Report Abuse
Roughly 1 billion of fresh funds will be available to the company if the PP is fully subscribed with the announced price of RM3.10 per share
The total sum is RM1,033,333,332 but... you get the picture, decent news!
Just sharing for other not so advanced investors like me~

God Bless Malaysia and we will surely come out stronger as a country, if any politicians wanna wayang and ignore the needs of their constituents, they will surely regret it soon when they get 'dethroned'

After ages of push down aka tekan by sharks maybe today they rest abit lah and also E&E sector seems like one of the only sector with growth both due to ability to capture market share by Malaysian firms globally and also high demand for semicon mahh
Hopefully Malaysian investors can stop playing poker in Bursa and look at long-term growth instead, don't la play with your future :/

Regarding my comment above:
"At the initial stage, Karex intends to set up two production lines within 12 months from the date of this announcement that is estimated to have a yearly production capacity of up to 500 million gloves (Phase 1) with the remaining production lines to be gradually set up over the course of the next 48 months.
For Phase 1, Karex will require a total estimated capital expenditure of RM40 million which will be funded through a combination of internally generated funds and/or bank borrowings."

Phewww dodged the bullet by exiting at 0.125 though took a 40% or so loss, to those retailers who are stuck here, maybe you can consider setting a limit sell at a higher price to take the opportunity to cut loss at a higher price when they goreng
Opportunity cost is real, look at fundamentally strong companies instead, even if you can afford less than say Rm1000, buy a couple of lots and let it grow. Wake up wahai bilis, I see so many concerned individuals non-stop giving warnings about the red flags and yet so many still choose to tuck it away and make dunno instead of cutting loss and taking funds elsewhere better
Not saying this to cause panic, doubt any of us have such ability but.. please dont let your hard-earned money burn gais.....Dont try to revenge trade either, you'll just get burned coz of FOMO and emotions, take care fellow investors

I used to think so too, but upon realising that its essentially a value trap for so many years.... I rotated the funds back into Inari
There is immense value, no doubt but the question is are they able or willing to distribute or unlock said value? Dont think so, more like a redundant co to get monehhhh

@IIrr77 prev weeks strong selling by EPF and poor market sentiment, lagi2 the proposed PP is scaring some investors away coz of the share dilution
Price trend will mainly be set only after the June qr is released and see whether comp is able to maintain or improve their margins etc onot
2021-07-07 08:56 | Report Abuse
I dont think so, I remember Karex used internal funds for their glove venture
The thing is they spent 40 mil just for 2 lines as they dont have the economies of scale soo ye the quick decline in ASP is smtg to look out for perhaps

These are number of rooms available in RWLV (Impressive):
Hilton Las Vegas - 1774 rooms
Conrad - 1496 rooms
Crockfords (High-end market) - 236 rooms
Hotel, retail outlets and convention space are expected to make up approx 70% of total revenue, phewww
Less reliance on gaming floors although they have many striking points such as acceptance of some form of Crypto for their casino thru their partnership w Gemini and also the cashless payment method for bets~
Genting comrades, hold on tight and we might collect when it is pushed down by sharks. Reminder to all to do your due diligence and don't just blindly follow though, everyone has a different holding price so yea, all the best y'all!

Why not @GooShen, I wouldnt go as far as to say 100% but I dont think it would be a problem for them to operate at 80-90% capacity still. This is Inari weih, most of the operations are only semi-laboured with machines doing the majority of the work
An arrangement to put those workers not involved in production process to wfh gaodim liao, think outside of the box, multibillion companies can't be run by id1ots mah

Yepp thankfully it is allowed to operate at 60% labour compared to total shutdown in MCO 1.0
Perhaps they can still run at +-80% capacity with the right labour mix :3
Not much to worry about actually

The Technology unit reported higher revenue of RM33.3 million in Q3/2021 as compared to revenue of RM0.2 million in Q3/2020 mainly due to disposal of some shares in a listed associate company in the current financial quarter.

Should be roughly 334.5 mil new shares issued via pp as it is 10% of issued ordinary shares. Dilution will be seen in terms of EPS, thats for sure, however if management can effectively allocate the funds (+- 1 bil) to ramp up production and capture more market share and contracts, why not!
Long run, the pp would be a positive thing, in the short run.... It may scare away some buyers but you gotta do what you gotta do I suppose :P

@greedy44 nolaa actually they haven't start production of gloves as of now hahaha
Anyways, the only logical reasons I can come up with for the poor quarterly performance is due to the spike in raw mat around end of Feb - March plus with their factory having to close down for a few days due to positive cases amongst workers earlier this year

I was merely referring to how many retailers got trapped here at sky-high valuations bcoz of the goreng2 and are holding on coz of all the fake MOUs and hope, you can't seem to take it when someone else points out the obvious which is against your beliefs eh? Sit down boy

Holy cow what is wrong with the world's largest 'third leg' glove maker
Unless there is some huge provision or write off otherwise I would certainly like to know why are they doing so poorly, lets not even mention that their capex for the 2 darn glove lines are way above what the other competitors are paying for in the first place

This pandemic has given us retailers a good chance to pick up equity in good companies which are at a discount or those with good growth prospects but are deemed 'overvalued' due to negative sentiments
All the best to us all bilis! Be open and realistic and learn from mistakes :D

No matter how 'loyal' you are to a company...be realistic lahh, razor margins from telco business which seems to be nothing but a loss-making venture for XOX cuz the higher the demand volume the more the losses
Don't input false hope for minority shareholders, better cut loss and invest in fundamentally strong but undervalued stocks instead of holding on to this falling knife
Those who once kena trap at level 15 and above up to level 39 penthouse will know what kind of circus these directors are running in Bursa, don't waste time, do your due diligence and you will understand why I find it so

Sadly most of Insas's businesses are heavily impacted by Covid-19 esp vehicle leasing, F&B (Dome cafes, 55%), and some investments
The only thing keeping it afloat is their financing business and ownership in Inari, I doubt they would dispose of too much of Inari in the near future as it is counterproductive. Have been seriously considering cutting loss here and re-invest into Inari itself instead, what you sifus have to say on this?

@Lawman Yeahh sorta correct, but considering their current valuation which is reasonably high it seems like a good opportunity to stiek on
Also hv to take into account the current economic situation... getting 1 bil+ loan, let alone in Msia... I think its not very realistic hence I believe the PP isnt that bad of a thing provided that the funds can create a snowball effect like the mmgt plans for it to
