Dreamhunter, my holdings moderate only. Not as much as yours definitely. You have all those converted warrants and all hehe. You r the kaya one la if sumatec skyrockets.

Well, iris very good momentum now. Of coz can't guarantee that it will continue to up next week but looking at the charts, I'd bet my money on it. Lol. But then again, I'm betting my money on sumatec also la. If both can boom then even better. Oh well, I'll continue waiting with you guys then. Dunno when can reach next station. This train keep on go forward then gostan again. Pening lo.

Strategist, just my humble opinion only. I'm holding abt the same number of shares in sumatec n iris. Just saying only la. Somehow I feel in 1 month my iris will earn more than sumatec. Well just some food for thought. I definitely don't expect everyone to agree.

Up_down...actually this 20 cents to 22 cents pattern fluctuation up and down already at least 3-4 times already le (at least when i observed it)...memang a bit like see saw...but then again i do believe it will go further up...hmm...if only can out at 22 cents and in again at 20 cents or 20.5 cents everytime sure laughing the way to bank d....lol

You all maybe should sell and buy Iris first...then after one month gain 50% (60cents to 80cents) then come back and buy Sumatec again. Probably can still get 35-40cents range..tats if it even goes up that fast la. Looks like keep on fluctuating up and down and up and down only. Just a suggestion la...

Cannot compare with iris la. Iris now everyday also more than daya. I think long run iris still more expensive than daya. Unless if daya begin to do exploration and production of oil n gas like sumatec or hibiscus. That one baru big potential.

Just imagine you are Robert tan and when you told the whole world that you wanna increase value of your companies. Do you think he just do it for fun meh. Must think like a businessman la. If it were me I will sure have back up plan. Guarantee.

0.12 is a strong support. Though I feel that tomorrow may still plunge to a certain degree as contra players being forced to sell gradually. Nonetheless I believe the upside is there. Behind all this selling, many people are also buying in at huge amounts. The potential is there and I'm certain this is not an overnight sensation la. But of course depends on how much you can stomach the risk. Some people maybe should just wait and see by the sideline first lo. Then decide if u want to enter or not.

Kuala Lumpur: Malaysian liner operator PDZ Holdings is actively looking to diversify earnings, with offshore viewed as the most likely avenue. The company, which has six boxships on its books and is controlled by tycoon Robert Tan, has just nixed plans to takeover domestic oil and gas services provider Efogen.
On PDZ’s site, the company noted that PDZ’s “major shareholder has reiterated that he will continue to explore new opportunities to expand the PDZ's Group core businesses”.

1star, I've visted kk recently, and i've stayed in kk for 5 years before too, what i can see is that suria sabah is the more happening place to be nowadays, many more shops there and branded ones too compared to abt 2+ years ago when i was last there. 1borneo megamall is the one getting worse nowadays. But of course if compare kl and kk shopping demand definitely kl is way better. In kk market share very competitive now with so many malls but i still believe Imago can do well. KK a lot of rich people, just whether they spend in KK thats another thing.

Will consolidate for at least 2-3 days. Wait for drop and buy at lower price.
2014-01-26 14:02 | Report Abuse
looks like will consolidate a bit next week...if u think is high enuf price from your buying point maybe can sell off for a bit of profit and buy back at a bit cheaper price later on...i think rm1.80 is a strong resistance for the time being

just buy and wait...its either moving sideways or up...i dont believe it will make any major move south...this company's fundamentals are pretty solid to back it up at this current price...
2014-01-26 13:54 | Report Abuse
this week likely consolidation since klci seems like breaking support...plus all the major markets seem bearish...nonetheless everyone can try to prepare some funds if available to buy shares at cheaper prices...
2014-01-21 19:04 | Report Abuse
Price seems to be lower than the usual range. Quite an attractive price to go in and earn some pocket money. Dont think it would be hard to get back to the rm2.50 range.

naik turun naik turun...this is one peculiar stock...had some of the stocks last time but sold it off with small profit...tired of the fluctuating trend....this company has good fundamentals but macam quite lacking in vol and also rather volatile...but i guess RM7 is not bad...guarantee to go up if u willing to put in RM7 per unit...after all it has monopoly of sarawak...with a capital M....how far it can go that one dunno la but RM7 still plenty of room upwards...how many percent that's your guess la...

Looking at the pattern of fluctuation surely got some play by big players. Thinking to just start scalping for profits and buying back instead of just sitting and watching this yoyo.

SGX-listed GSH Corp is new owner of Sutera Harbour Resort (Update) - Business News | The Star Online
KOTA KINABALU: One of Sabah’s premier resorts is beginning the new year with a change of ownership after Singapore Exchange-listed property developer GSH Corp Ltd has acquired a 77.5% stake in Sutera Harbour Group Sdn Bhd, the owner and operator of the Sutera Harbour Resort here.
GSH, through two of its wholly-owned subsidiaries Ocean View Ventures Pte Ltd and Ocean View Point Pte Ltd, is also acquiring two separate land parcels totalling nearly 10ha within the 154ha Sutera Harbour property for future luxury condominium development.
GSH is a property development company with interests in China and Malaysia and is headed by Sam Goi, the executive chairman of Tee Yih Jia Group.
Tee Yih Jia is a global food and beverage group with operations in Singapore, Malaysia, the United States, Europe and China.
“Kota Kinabalu is a rising property hotspot in Malaysia and we see robust potential for prime real estate in the city, fuelled by strong tourism growth from South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong and China,” said GSH chief executive Gilbert Ee yesterday.
“The number of visitors from these countries is growing exponentially and accounts for more than half of total international arrivals to Sabah, with more than a third of them from Hong Kong and China,” he said.
“Apart from tourism, the Sabah has experienced strong gross domestic product growth in 2012, thanks to its key sectors of agriculture and oil and gas. With such strong fundamentals, we see great potential in Kota Kinabalu’s luxury hospitality sector as well as premier resort homes.” Ee added. He said Sutera Harbour and its surrounding properties were positioned to benefit from this growth.
“Its location is within 10 minutes from the city and yet provides a quiet, exclusive and secure ocean-front property with spectacular scenery. “This is a rare find anywhere in Asia and we are excited at the opportunities that this property will bring to GSH,” Ee added.
Sutera Harbour Resort group president Datuk Edward Ong Han Nam, the founder and developer of Sutera Harbour, said he was excited with the deal as it would propel the resort to the next level of tourism development in Sabah.

KK times square is just next to Sutera Harbour. Should see some exciting developments with the strong Chinese interest. Looks like asian pac will surely benefit. Foreigners are looking more keenly on KK property.
