Need the newspapers and online portals to pick up the news and highlight it on main page. That would do the trick. Too bad thats not how most news institutions work. They prefer more sensational news. Asiapac not yet till the stage where ppl wanna goreng yet. I see more investors in Asiapac as seen from the buying and selling. Not so much speculators yet.

Ramunia, its ok. Bad timing means you can collect more for now. No one panicking to compete with you to buy the shares. A good company will surely be noticed someday. Not that many good stocks around also you know. If can get a safe and sound company like Asiapac, I'm sure the fund managers will go for it.

Daya is a service provider company. Business is always going to be there as long as the oil and gas sector still runs. It is unlike those exploration companies where they have to find oil to survive. So in long term Daya is definitely going up no matter what. Just depends whether the speed suits your patience or not only.

hopefully asiapac finally gets some formal analysis and review from the investment banks or brokerage firms. And of coz a formal target price! I'd like to see that. At least 30 cents I estimate.

I believe stocks have correction definitely but a company such as iris with good fundamentals, increasing revenues/ profit, multiple business branches, proven long term contracts, felda support and positive news ever so frequently, if this kind of company also cannot trust then what can be trusted. Plus all these negative people are more like talking to traders. A lot of us here are investors for long term you know? We are thinking years not days or weeks.

Iris Corp bags RM793.21 million contract from the Republic of Guinea
FEBRUARY 25, 2014

Iris Corp Bhd, the inventor of the world's first ePassport and multi-application smart card, has inked an RM793.21 million contract with the Republic of Guinea government in West Africa.

Under the 15–year agreement, Iris will supply and implement secure chip technology solutions in the Republic of Guinea which will include electronic passports, visas, permanent residence identification cards and all related software and hardware.

Iris Trusted Identification Division Chief Executive Officer Datuk Hamdan Mohd Hassan said that President Alpha Condé is currently embarking on various policies to reform and revive Guinea's economic growth.

Guinea Prime Minister Mohamed Said Fofana said the ePassport, which is International Civil Aviation Organisation compliant, has numerous security features that prevent fraud and its implementation was a positive step in further improving the lives of Guinea's citizens.

Meanwhile, Security and Civil Protection Minister Elhadj Madifing Diane said Iris Corp Bhd has delivered a milestone task and hopes the company can further share its expertise in other sectors for the benefit of the country. – Bernama, February 25, 2014.
