If Puncak stays a non-syariah stock, yes syariah fund like LTH will need to clear all their position......shorter time if they are still in the money and allowed a longer time if their cost is higher.

Tornado, if the price is below their cost, they are given a longer time to clear their position......if that is the case, the selling might be prolonged......just my 2 sen.

@Superb99. This LTH started selling KSL when the stock was only starting to rally at below RM3 and ceased to become substantial shareholder. Now the stock is trading at about 4.40.

3Q result within expectation but the 5 sen dividend is a positive surprise (the company has never given divvy on 3Q and not even on half year).
Most of the 30 largest shareholders are unit trust fund, and with the price currently trading at ONLY about 6 times FY14 earning, there is great possibility that it will experience some window dressing activities during end Dec, which is also close to its ex-bonus date.
