This IGB Reits make about 232M and their asset is worth 4.89B.
KSL recurring income is about 120M but their asset is booked at only 433M.
If we take IGB Reits' asset as benchmark, what is the potential value if our company "reits" this asset??
My simple calculation shows 2.5B or RM5.20 a share (fully diluted with warrants conversion)

But there was 1 big buy about 300k shares Q at 4.38 during pre-closing and was matched at 4.22 (at that time there was cumulative Q of about 150k at 4.11). What a surprise move, wonder why they need to buy at higher price.
I think the budget is slightly positive and with the company starting to buy back shares today at 4.10, price at current level should be well supported. :))
