These few days have been the same.....traded higher in the morning in thin volume and push down later in the day........to make the chart looks weak.

I think it is manipulated by the big boys to make it looks weak to entice sellers.
The stock will fly when they have collected enough.

@tan84. I think it was just a normal correction/consolidation process.

Hi kinz, welcome to the KSL family! We are all like one big happy family, except one summer bug who would be so happy to shout run run every time our darling is going thru a correction....but you don't have to be bothered/disturbed by this sour grape cos what he said has NO credibility.
About my holding, it is divided into 3 groups.
The 1st, I started buying many years ago, lowest at 1.02 and highest about 2.00, averaging 1.58.
The 2nd, I bought at Feb. this year until recently b4 it started to rally, averaging 2.32.
The 3rd, I started buying and selling (trade) when it started to rally, don't keep tract of price.
The first two groups are for keep (as a business) and will only sell if the it trades above my fair value (currently rm6-7), the 3rd is for trade, I'll sell when it goes up too fast and buy when it corrects a lot like today.
This is an undervalued stock with good fundamental, do buy and keep when the opportunity arises. Happy Investing!

spidee, that's also because I noticed that the big boys were taking a break and I think the short term traders will have to liquidate their position by these two days.
Volume has slowed after last week, therefore there will be less selling from short term traders after today.....but the big correction today might again attracted some traders to jump in......so let's see how after a few more days. If it stabilized at current attractive level, then we can pick up more aggressively. :))

When you buy undervalued stock with strong fundamental, you don't look at chart because you don't buy to trade but to KEEP.
The lower the entry cost the better, and if you got deep pocket, you pray that it will go down some more :))

spidee, I've done some homework (haha) and found out that the warrants were most likely (99%) converted by PUBLIC FAR-EAST PROPERTY & RESORTS FUND. They owned 2,254,750 as at 30-4-14 and 2,306,750 on 7-5-12,
I think this is a BIG POSITIVE.
When they subscribed, it was only 20 sen, meaning that, they are sitting on a profit of 1470% and they are NOT taking.
This is a fund from Public Mutual, they have their own fund manager and analyst, they must have done their home work.
This is an investment fund, not private money like yours or mine where we can decide on our own, and it involved RM3.6M.
They must have also expect the divvy to be declared for current financial year to be attractive.
To me, this carry MORE weight than BUY CALL from an IB, cos when IB make buy call, they are asking you to buy, BUT this IB (Public Mutual) is BUYING (from the company) themselves. A few of their funds are also invested in KSL (can be seen on 30 largest shareholders list).

When I looked back at the 30 largest shareholder in the year 2008, I noticed that there were very rich fund like ASB amongst the largest shareholder but were no longer there on the latest list. I also noticed that the Funds have been buying and also selling.
I think the Fund that had left were probably due to no divvy for the past 3 yrs. I think they didn't buy the idea of putting in the money for building the KSL City, but now the scenario is different, the investment has started to bear fruit, with recurring income above 100M and is still improving.......
With this endorsement from Public Mutual, I think more fund will come back........
So, spidee....keep your KSL and treat it as a BUSINESS and it will bring you plenty of profit in the years ahead.
