,,,,, If there is no more losses on sales in quoted securities occured after Nov 19 up to Nov 30 2021, this profit can be reflected in the next 4QR 2021. It will be more positive to the company's profitability.
and:
Total Cost = RM14,624,471.00
Book Value = RM14,624,471.00
Market Value = RM36,265,370.00
,,,,,, Just imagine the profit gained if the company do a revaluation of the book value of the investment in quoted shares. Its more than RM20 milion excess in market value compared to its book value.
..... Also, if the company can dispose the share at a profitable price, the profit arising from the sales in quoted securities will be increased.
..... BUT TO BE FAIR, THE SHARE PRICE OF THE QUOTED SECURITIES CAN BE UNSUSTAINABLE. BUT IT ALSO CAN BE APRECIATED FURTHER.
