This will boost tourism and the economy of Kl
Plus Johor, Batu Pahat, Melaka and Putra Jaya will benefit
It is known that lands near Japan Shinkansen Hsr rises 46% in value when high speed train is built
The economic benefits outweight the cost.

HSR if really needed, should just has last terminal in JB. Why should we foot the bill for the convenience of foreign country, and yet has no final say? Singapore is just piggyback at the expense of Malaysian tax payers, building just 16 km within the island including the bridge (not sure who pay for the bridge) and yet have the gut to ask for more than 300 million 'compensation'. If you calculate on number of man-hour Singapore had put in (say 10k man-hour), very likely each man-hour Singapore was charging us RM 30,000. Does Singaporean command so high salary that every hour worth rm 30,000?
My suggestion is, if really need service of HSR, let starts from Butterworth, and ends in Nusajaya,JB.

This silly mike is blind loh! Never Read mah!
My 15 house are all low cost mah!
Costing average Rm 40k per units bought in the scecondary market many years back mah!
For investment purpose mah!....these low cost units give me a rental yield exceeding 10% pa mah!
My investment only cost me Rm 40k x 15 units only Rm 600k mah! It is highly affordable mah!
Raider can invest like that bcos raider from poor background & know how to manage low cost units & collect rent from them mah!
But lately these units had appreciated to as high as Rm 90k to Rm 130k....making my rental yield dropping to about 4% to 5% pa....and i have sold 7 units at average selling price of Rm 105k raising Rm 735k which i had put this proceeds investing in INSAS mah!
If not where got so much more money to invest in insas leh ?
Yes...i have less money invested in property compare to investing in share mkt loh!
Bcos investing in stockmkt tax free whereas investing in properties u pay alot of cost & tax mah!
I still keep 8 units bcos this are in good locations although the rental yield for this is around 4.5% pa loh! Cannot charge too high rental...bcos these tenants are mainly B40 people loh!
But do not look down on B40 people mah! If 8 of them joint forces to rental they are equivalent to high T20 people with house hold income exceed Rm 10k per mth mah!
