Based on my rough calculation, even of the rights are fully converted into new shares, the share price should be around RM14.2 after right issue assuming the share price before right issue is 14.4. now the price is 13.5 only, undervalued.

Both FLBHD and PERSTIMA are good fundamental counters, I bought Perstima and keep it as FD, super high dividend yield, at least 30 sen dividend per year, low PE, cash cow, simple business. The sad thing is I missed the price increased from 4 sth to current level.
