New2invest2016, 亞航股價長期被低估，本益比只有五六倍。但是亞航管理層跟其它公司不一樣，採取積極行動釋放價值，包括一、售賣非核心資產，例如最近把提行李的小弟們組織起來，賣給新加坡上市公司，賺了三億多，還留有一些股份等（這些賣賣賣最少可以拿個五六十億），二、重組公司價格，把各地的子公司上市，幾年前泰國亞航上市，帳面賺了十個億。最近完成印尼亞航上市。這兩天又說可能重組後把馬來西亞亞航賣掉一點，聯昌說可能可以派個八毛六。這些以外，亞航還是超級強的，不斷開發新的市場，新的科技。最近說在做電子錢包，在飛機上做外匯交易的潛能真是無限大啊！

長期來說，一定漲。有一天，亞航就像大眾銀行一樣！

你要先搞清楚因果關係，條理才能分明。

Now with only 2 CWs left, for sure this year Airasia will do better than last year (+50%).

I was wrong guessing Airasia will make RM4b for FY2017. But this year i believe Airasia will do better than 4b.

根據亞航最新一季財報，總債務是九十六億馬幣，其中八十三億馬幣是美元計算，算起來是二十一億美金不到。

不是說你錯，但是必須說清楚。

今年亞航會是超級厲害的！其實這兩個禮拜公佈的消息公司都賺了十來個億，只是市場沒有什麼人去推動股價（亞航太大了，部落客只想推小股？）。

以往知道亞航大有潛能，大量散戶會去炒CW，現在大部份CW沒了，亞航的升幅肯定不止去年的百分之五十。

（一些人還在唱好恆源，可是投行出的十幾個CW每個要賠幾千萬，散戶打得過投行團嗎）

Last time two forum members told me they email IBs to ask whether they will adjust the exercise price regarding dividend, and got replied saying if it affects more than 2% of the share price, it will be adjusted. Sadly, its all lies.

If AAC sale is announced, if it affects your CW, sell it as soon as possible.
