on the back of world oil price trending upwards and covid 19 starting to recover - oil demand is starting to increase.

sap and other oil counters will also rebounce back soon

even aminvest and public bank push hold call.

Thinking of buying. Keep for a while and hopefully harga naik with new contracts in hand.

Serba Dinamik also will start its Space Division soon in Q3 2021.

Collaborating with 7 institutions of higher learning to establish a New Space Economy Nexus (NSEN) to explore areas in space technology.

This will build more excitement as it will lead to more valuable prospect for the company.

Q5FY21 for Serba dinamik

The company registered RM1.38 billion in revenue for the quarter ending 31 March.

Top performing division was the operations and maintenance (“O&M”) segment contributing the largest revenue at RM1.26 billion or 90.5% of the total revenue. This was the result of a robust MRO and IRM activities in the Middle East region namely UAE, Qatar and Oman, followed by Malaysia.

Contributing RM99.32 million or 7.2% of revenue was the Group’s engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (“EPCC”) segment, which come in as the second-largest revenue contributor.

Information, Communication and Technology segment brought in approximately RM30.79 million or 2.2% of the total revenue which was derived mainly from services related to customised solutions involving software developments and also Extended Reality (“XR”) training applications.

Hrm. Include KPMG's resignation as Serba Dinamik's auditor. This would be kpmg 3rd job loss as auditor of a company this year.

Other than serba dinamik, both petron and MBSB has changed their auditor from KPMG to pwc.

KMPG accused that customers and suppliers of serba dinamik does not exist - but they were merely verifying it through calls made to receptionist on these companies. Surely this is not a standard procedure of an auditing righ?
KMPG accused that some offices does not exist - but it turns out that they conducted a site visit to a wrong address, due to confusion of arabic letters, which later on serba dinamik has confirmed back the existence and the confusion. Yet, they still decline to confirm it.

If we look at a positive perspective. Serba Dinamik has responded and acted quite fast since the 1st issue of audit happened. If what people said is true about the pc is to explain their refute on the block 7 allegation. This is another act of confidence from the company. Its not something a guilty company would do.

Well, theres a little truth about that. Yes serbadk will be swaying above 60 sen for a while, obviously. Market sentiment is not improving. No updates so far. people are circulating negativity non stop without reason. ANd then all serba got accused. How to naik when people panic. More or less the stock will be affected ma. But i dont think it will take too long. Ey must perform tip top as eyes are on them. Not even them, kpmg must be also. Their butt is on hotspot. Good feeling said everything will fall in favour of serba dinamik. Price atleast wont go lower than 60 sen for now. The final findings will come sooner than expected. And later it will rebound back once everything good.

Nope. if wanna gamble dont do stock. Invest with knowledge of the stock. Dont gamble in stock. If wanna gamble go casino. Investment is done with assessing both the risk and benefit potential. I see low risk but high potential in serbadk. it might have dropped to its lowest range. I dont think it able to drop further. If not, early it would have sinking further already. Its the safest time to get it at the moment.

Kmpg now must be wary that theres another auditor will look into it. They even look so unconvincing when they still continue to be silent with Serba Dinamik's response on the audit. No feedback or anything. Is there actually some wrong from their part? Or maybe it was a bad attempt at something? I cant wait for the final findings to be revealed. Whoever tried to relate this to 1mdb. Please remember that 1mdb sacked them. Serba didnt. But instead they hire another one to crosscheck the matters. A patient can always get a 2nd opinon on other doctors. Why not. This is human work. Kmpg can be wrong also.

Dont worry lah. Ey appointment is backed by mswg. They agreed with serba dinamik's move also. mswg known as quite vocal and critical when it comes to issue like this. When they commended serba dinamik's initiative in appointing more INEDS to expediate the effectivenes in solving the audit issue, thats a good thing signal for me.

“There is a difference between opinion shopping and genuine seeking of a second opinion. It augurs well for the company that the second opinion that they are seeking is from a firm associated with a Big Four accounting firm,” MSWG chief executive officer (CEO) Devanesan Evanson said in a response to emailed queries from The Edge.

hmm i dont think there are really any red flags lah. they just hired EY for the external assessment. the company just successfully thrived over the past 28 years with no issue. same could not be said for kpmg. kpmg is surrounded by many controversies kot over the past years. misconduct mismanagement you name it.
doesnt make sense if serba want to hire EY if they themselves involve in fraud in the first place.

Ya lor dont trust kpmg so fast. They no saint or perfect either. Talking about scandal. They also got investigated by ignoring questionable payments in the Siemens bribery case in germanyyyy. Some more in canada just recently, they are getting probe into offshore tax evasionnnn. And in the UK, KMPG was fined 5 million pound for misconduct shortly after the takeover of the britannia building society. All huge kaw kaw one and some people can say they ofcourse dont want to make their reputation bad? Dont be ridiculous. This kind of company does this because they can benefit from it obviously. Awang just sold 8M and continue holds 75M. Thats huge amount to hold. Why not 50-50 if scared? or maybe all? EPF holds 300M over and they just sold 400K. Thats like what? 0.1% of what they have? again why they dont dispose majority of it if its actually to cut lose before everything burn. Means they also strategically planning something to get here. If we look at the trading history. Just like others, Epf and kwap were also investors. Look at their acquisition and disposition. They even had a few where they dumped and acquire back more. No suprise if they acquire again just before the issue is solved. And its spikethe price up back again. Just saying. Do not simply see their dumping as the only base for investment. They might acquire again? Buy and collect now before it happens.

Dont just invest because the company is already big and established. I normally also wont touch big company shares that are already high. Invest with the understanding of a company's fundamental value and business prospect. Serba Dinamik actually has all good value and factors. If it can survive this issue. Why would kadier bought more if the ship is sinking. Performance by serba dinamik has been consistently good prior to this. Thing has not been finally cleared. Everything is in progress. Dont speculate. innocent until proven guilty.

Yes true. Too far fetch to say that its a scam or fraud. Karim not foolish. Well experience person that start from bottom. From an engineer to having a one of top leading companies. Let them sort out with KPMG. No gain from speculating. Lets see how it goes. As for now, buy and keep since its so cheap already.
