However, I was told the management of Jaks wants another 10% stake urgently.

The management is very eager to buy up another 10% of JHDP urgently.

From my understanding, Preference Share would not share the profit (unless it is converted to ordinary share), but entitle for dividend. Maybe i'm wrong .....

so buy call or sell call?..... recently one respectable guy was criticized for giving contradictory view......... but my view is that there is no contradictory view depending on the situation. As we are living in the dynamic changing world. the "buy call" can be turned into " sell call "and vice versa in the best interest of the investors... there is no harsh and fast rule by sticking to one sided decision only. ...............

Dear Icon8888,
During the planning stage, the utilization hours used for planning purpose was 6,500.
After the plant is completed, the correct utilization hours used should be 7,238 (same as Vinh Tan 1 power plant). Hence IRR should be 15% instead of 12%.
7,238 utilization hours is confirmed by the management of Jaks to me after checking with CPECC engineers.

With the current developments of project delay plus mco,
pls do not be surprised if Public invest downgrade jaks
tgt price .Just be prepared unless you just ignore the write up.
I still hold a few hundred k of Jaks . Knowing public invest do not take into consideration the potential earning of power plant in the last qtr write ups, public invest will.continue to ignore the powerplant future earning.

However, I must speak what I had witnessed. OTB has put in great effort to learn about Jaks. He arranged to meet with insiders and sought information for his analysis. He emailed me numerous times to seek clarification for better understanding. He won't stop until I have explained to his satisfaction.

Hence, it is my opinion that he is not a copy and paste kind of guy.

More losses are expected from the local property.segments due to MCO and the after effect. He maintained his estimate of rm 240 million in 2021 which the power is expected to be fully operational. Well , he has the duty to revise the 2020 earning estimate and inform.his subscribers when.situation change just like what IBs are doing.
