After many days of thinking and scolded by many subscribers that I did not follow my rule to cut loss. Many subscribers suffered more losses because I am not disciplined enough to enforce my cut loss rule. I totally agreed that I am not discipline enough to follow my cut loss rule. I prefer to practice strict cut loss rule to avoid big losses because my strategy is TA comes first, FA comes second.

The IR group are new people, they are not aware of progress of power plant.

They are told Hai Duong power plant is the same spec as Vinh Tan 1, this power plant is built by CPECC and Vinh Tan 1 is built by CEEC. CEEC is a subsidiary of CPECC who is also Jaks's partner in JHDP.
Hai Duong power plant is slightly higher spec than Vinh Tan1.
A suggestion to use the earning of Vinh Tan 1 to project the earning of Hai Duong power plant.

The management will talk to Investment bank and analyst individually.
They had talked to 4 investment banks already who are shareholders of Jaks.

They promised me to talk to 4 investment banks/analysts as suggested by me.

You can use the aforesaid analyst's report as a reference.

It is the brief of the meeting.

Now, justified again jaks current situation
1. Power plant for unit 1 already FULLY completed
2. Power plant unit 2 is 95% completed.
3. Jaks 51% Star Pacific project also FULLY completed (pending CCC for residence bloc)
4. Jaks 51% Start Pacific office bloc, mall and car park already issue CCC and tenant in move in condition
5. Jaks 51% Evolve mall already operational break even with improved occupancy rate 85%
6. There is option to increase further 10% stake in power plant ownership from current 30% to 40%, BUT, jaks have given 3 year time frame to exercise these option after power start operation.

management of PLC cannot divulge any information at all to any outsiders
unless it is a prior announced press conference or analyst meeting whether offline or online
and anybody who wants to attend can then attend and take part if they want to.

The most important criteria to determine the share price is future EPS.
Future EPS growth is 65% for 2021 compared against 2020.
This is proven again and again in my last 30 years of experience in share investment.

The target price is calculated based on PER = 10.

12) I will suggest to the management of Jaks to use Jaks shares listed in KLSE to swap for 10% option of Hai Duong power plant stake. No money needs to come out from Jaks and CPECC to own certain % of Jaks shares listed in KLSE in return. This will make CPECC a major shareholder of Jaks listed in KLSE. This suggestion will be a win-win situation for both Jaks and CPECC.
