Lets hope Jack Ma have a lot of plans for N2N. SBI had been selling regularly but stopped with sale on 17 Feb 2021. On 27 Apr they reported sale of the balance of N2N shares. Negotiations between the said parties must have taken after 17 Feb and concluded before 17 Apr. Question is did Jack Ma pay a premium. Between those two dates, highest price was 0.815 and lowest price was 0.705..

Is N2N first Malaysian company controlled by Jack Ma? Anyone can confirm? Years ago, Jack Ma came here with a lot of fanfare, promising to help turn Malaysia into an ecommerce hub. Maybe the time is now.

Reasons why Jack Ma chose N2N is because biz in Hong Kong is greater than in Malaysia. Also according to MEDC, Malaysia is one of the top ecommerce country in SEA. Expect positive changes to N2N in the future.
