Tenaga shares slump as govt cuts power tariffs

Wednesday, 11 February 2015BY: JOSEPH CHIN KUALA LUMPUR: Shares of power giant Tenaga Nasional fell to a low of RM14.50 in late Wednesday trade after investors sold on news the government was cutting the power tariffs in March following the slump in crude oil prices.At 4.02pm, Tenaga was down 36 sen to RM14.50.

CIMB : It expected the benchmark FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI to end at 1,800 points in 2015, a small growth of 2.2% from last year.

Kind of feeling telling me global financial crisis is nearby~

KLCI will sees more selling pressure as commodities earnings concern especially Natural Gas down more than 12% since since overnight yesterday.

OIL up 1.00 %, Barakah tomorrow RM1.00

Who knows it would drop till this level..

Most of the ppl were confident about this acquisition last 2 weeks, my friends and brokers even tell me keep an eye on these SMRT and MEGB.

I'll always pay higher when I see great value in it.
There's always sellers at higher price, this I understand.
But you see here's the problem, buyers kept queuing at lower price everyday cause this stock keep falling.

I just don't understand why people keep queuing at lower price, how the price going to go up like this ?
Many times I see today's support is strong at lower price, then tomorrow turn out another bunch of ppl queuing at lower price.
Means investors are still worrying and no confidence about SMRT.

I still stay the same at last bottom point.. 0.535

Smrt shareholders not loyal enough to face headwinds..

Hope they will come back after making money from other counters.

I really can't stand this kind of unfair environment. Most of the Ace-market and main market are making money and I get nuts.

I will never sell unless it reach RM1.00 !
What's going on with all the Smrt shareholders ?

My personal last support at 0.535, which was the previous lowest swing last year.
It's been losing streak after the acquisition and Bv reduced or stake.
If momentum returns to 60sen next week, I think it will slowly return to the average around 70sen.
