Privasia Technology to boost revenue after RM31mil contract from Survey Department
PETALING JAYA: Privasia Technology Bhd expects its revenue to grow in the coming year after securing RM31.5mil worth of contracts from the Department of Survey and Mapping Malaysia (Jupem) and the Kuantan Port.

The nationwide deal with Jupem was inked in May to undertake remedial and preventive maintenance of its “eKadaster” system, a comprehensive register of a particular real estate or property, which included details of ownership, tenure and value.

On the outlook for 2015, Puvanesan was optimistic about seeing growth as outsourcing remained the preferred option whenever companies wanted to optimise costs. ~

MOL Global, in which Johor Sultan also holds a stake, stumbled US$4.77 or 53.84% to US$4.09 last Friday, from the previous day’s closing of US$8.86, wiping out almost US$322 million in market capitalisation in just a day.

The plunge came after MOL Global’s announcement that it would postpone its planned 3Q results call from 9pm Hong Kong time on Nov 21 to 9pm Hong Kong time on Dec 3, as well as the resignation of Allan Wong, the CFO who had joined MOL Global in August this year due to “personal reasons”.

KUALA LUMPUR: Deutsche Bank has temporarily suspended its rating and estimates on newly Nasdaq-listed MOL Global Inc, an online payment firm majority owned by Tan Sri Vincent Tan.

The suspension came shortly after the investment bank raised the red flag to advise its clients to be cautious on MOL Global last Friday when the company announced it delayed the release of its third quarter (3Q) financial results and the resignation of MOL Global’s chief financial officer (CFO).

The number of companies registered for the GST, to be implemented on April 1 next year, has now surpassed the government's target of 140,000 by year-end.

However, those companies yet to register have until Dec 31, 2014 to do so.

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 22 (Bernama) -- The number of companies registered for the Goods and Services Tax (GST) stood at 158,725 as of Nov 21, an increase of 2,210 from the previous day, the Royal Malaysian Customs Department said.The number of companies registered for the GST, to be implemented on April 1 next year, has now surpassed the government's target of 140,000 by year-end.

Although BJ CORP has more cash them IFcamsc, but unfortunately BjCorp will end up paying tonne of long term debt to the banks.
