Ans : I do not like the Chinese song "3 years", I like to see PJDev-WC at the end of May 2014. You do not need to wait very long, just a few days. --->haha, some light moment from Mr. Ooi but i was trying to express that i have enough confident with this counter and don't mind to keep it for some terms even the coming catalyst aka quarter report may not be as good as expected!

Thanks Mr.Ooi, i am also confident with properties index but was puzzled and scared by some recent articles by some analysts about the worries of bubble burst for properties.
On the other hand, i am having number of L&G which was lured by its low PE but high NTA and Cash in hand, what do you think of this counter?
