I like this counter due to its strong crisis resist business and track record for the past 8-10 years. Positive profit making even during crisis in 2008, worth to have it for long term. My 2 cents...

Rm1.20 is more or less the ceiling price for this counter for the time being unless the next quarter report would have more surprise such as bigger EPS or ROE, or else i think is would quite hard to move further upward. I am thinking to cash out also...

yes, Rm1 is slightly conservative but for me, i intend to keep it for long term although i have owned this counter for about 3 years already. lol

Value for mother is Rm1.51 whereas value for son is Rm1.735 which is about 15% higher based on the actual value after conversion, therefore it is fair value, unless mother could catch up more...

Therefore they could grab more cheap stocks from the market as they understand that the value of the shares are not reflected! Same thing happens to PJDEV few months back, several uptrend move had been stopped with high volume of selling. Just my 2 cent opinion...

I strongly believe that board of directors of TA are pressing the share price deliberately to create the scenario of price unmovable!
