If you read the Balance sheet, the Development Cost has swelling up to 700mil. but you dug further in, no announcement on major acquisition of land, but JV with land owner. That means that must be accounting standard to require Gadang to book in the JV land cost.

previously, those who sold the shares at 130-134 are the principal officer that holding position such as Head of Finance and Admin (second hand of Ms Kok), Head of Tender department, M&E department. but after they sold, U see they took up ESOS again, and not yet sell until now...
