Gadang results is good and impressive. PD side contributed more in % terms vs construction. if Gadang can restore their construction orderbook, performance would be even better.

If I may provide and impartial comment on TekSeng, it wasnt truly RicheHo fault as the Management of TekSeng behave unethically. Despite achieving record profit and delivering continuous dividend in the Q before, they closed down a production line and fired everyone under guise of redundancy. When media asked, they were not honest and forthcoming. A management of such a company that is so unethical deserve their shares to be sell down. Tekseng was an unfortunate incident that was beyond the control of many.

I agree patience is required. If not for MD disposing the warrants, I believe the share price would have moved up significantly. Value investing takes time. Patience rewarded in time

technically, I do not disagree with K.H method. However, may I propose an alternative. I like to advise my readers and subscribers to 1. If happy take profit 2. If not happy, hold 3. If unsure, take half, hold half. However, with all the methods, please set trailing stop. That way you can always protect your position. Also, as a value investor who recommended Magni as my value pick in 2016, I have always worried that Magni barely moved. Finally, patience paid off. This is the outcome of value investing. You take care of the downside and the upside will take care of itself. Good luck all..

Tradeview Value Pick No.2 for 2017

i will have to agree the management has shown some level of confidence to project a 12% profit margin coupled with topline growth of 15-20%. Even if it is only a 10% increase on both topline and bottomline, the current price shows it is still below its true valuation. There is definitely more upside

red_85, CY1214, sometimes it is good to take precaution. However, I would have to agree with optimus 9199, chshzhd, tanhengjin. I am one of the earliest writer on Magni and this counter have never disappointed me in terms of ROE and DY. The only thing it disappointed me is with the capital gain. I am of the view this is simply because of the continuous selldown by Vincent Tan. IF not for this, Magni long has broken the resistance of RM4.40 towards my initial TP of RM4.80. Rumours are rumours, but it still a rumour until proven the truth. As for TPPA scraping, Magni will not be affected because even before the implementation of TPPA, Magni already has been continuing delivering record Revenue and Profits. So it is also inaccurate to attribute TPPA to Magni. I believe Magni fall in share price, provides opp for collection. Feel free to read this if you require more information on Magni.
