Surely it is on whole of your capital, not individual stock.

I doubt you can achieve that as market is full of surprise with Donald Duck sitting as most idiotic POTUS.

Property?
Generally give you up to 7% for long term (say 30 years) unless you were so lucky to have bought houses in Bangsar 30 years ago.

Land?
If you are damn lucky to buy agriculture land cheap, and government suddenly decided to build one highway cutting through your land just like Bandar Cemerlang of Crescendo, where 50 sen psq agriculture land become 30 ringgit psf development land.

What other type of investment can give you that kind of ROI at 26% consistently over next 30 years?

This ECRL project is definitely going to be a white elephant which will bleed the nation for decades to come.

The government knew it but decided to proceed with it anyway solely due to the fact that they will have to pay tens of billions of ringgit in compensation to the contractor anyway if they were to cancel it.

It baffles me how so many seemingly smart and educated people can buy into the idea that it is economically viable to unload containers from ships in Port Klang, load them onto trains, send them by rail to Kuantan Port, Unload them and then reload them again to a different ship to continue to its final destinations.

How much time can you save for all that troubles?
1 day? 2 days? I'd say maybe 0 or even delays considering the efficiency level in bolehland.

And how much extra cost involved to go through all that troubles?

No Serendah is worse.

Please open your eyes to see that its 1st quarter EPS 6,30 sen and 2nd quarter EPS was 3.15 sen. Although I posted an article to promote it before, I sold all my shares as soon as I found Carimin and Dayang. I will not buy back until it can show an increasing profit. I must say it is a good company with great potential.

Lower EPS for 2Q is due to lesser high margin offshore activities admist monsoon season. However, Carimin has completed more onshore activities in 2Q but these are low margin cost plus procurements ie allowable expenses + margin. Next Q should see profit back to normal
