Audited account is unable to sign off by KPMG in 4 months after the ending of Financial year. SD proposed to change the FY to 30 June 2021 to prevent from suspension. That's 'awesome'.

SD announced change of Financial year to 18 months ending 30 Jun 2021 on 7 May 2021. The disputes between KPMG emerged on the surface end of May. Obviously, SD management had a plan to change the external auditor in buying more time.

Myinvesting. Bursa invokes power under listing rules in appoint IR after KPMG has resigned. Very funny.

It's funny to imagine the situation after the completion of IR if possible. SD drop legal case against KPMG and reappoint KPMG to sign off the accounts.

Good points. Why an independent review is needed since KPMG has resigned.Who will sign off the audited account after the independent review ?

Now the situation become very messy, independent review request by KPMG. But already resign, so why still need? The review mainly to support KPMG to finalise 2020 account. But already resign. So the review macam no purpose dy. are they suppose to appoint new auditor to finalise 2020 account? Instead of doing the review??? Wa...very messy ler....

CMSB Management is being professionally to deal with the whistle blowing through appointing
KPMG Management & Risk Consulting Sdn Bhd as the independent consultant to review the financial management of certain investment and contracts.
But SD management has been very defensive in the audit issues.

Spot on! An insult to KPMG for allowing EY to 'review' their works performed. SD should appoint EY as an External auditor or performing forensic audit.

once Serba collapse, both KPMG and EY sanitize hand and case is closed with NFA

It's ridiculous to focus in developing hardware or infrastructure showing off without looking back the industrial software development (CAD, CAE & EDA) controlling by the Westerners. Big Western software industrial developers were purported giving out free software for Eastern taiko to use happily in the past few decades. It's time to pay off for using freebies. KYY didn't explain why steel price increase. It's due to :
-steep increase in the prices of iron ore (due to China-Australia trade war, many Australian coal went to China via third countries with 70% increase in price)

A good politician/statesman will always fight for national interest, I don't see any hypocrisy in this. An example of certified/confirmed case of hypocrisy is when a powerful and untouchable nation accused you of certain mildly bad behavior (eg: human right violation) but they had done far worse with impunity.

Lee Hsieng Loong is my most respected politician/statesman that always fight for Singapore interest. I cannot sense any hypocrisy in him.

It's not a surprise the current Taiwanese government not even try to fight for the right of diaoyu/senkaku island. Only the fisherman fight for it. Because the current Taiwan is not an extension of Chinese civilization, It's a new Japanese "puppet" government in my view.
