Main reason is probably due to inari which is an associate company of Insas is seeking a transfer to Main Mrkt.
Good news shld be announced soon end of 2013.

But if Mother share shoot up to lets say 1.5, warrant shouldn't have much issue to reach 1.15 bracket right?

Not so much as long term.
However, I believe the mother share can easily go up to 1.5.
Previously Affin Bank targeted Inari will reach 1.70 but I believe they have actually change the target price to 1.90...yet to confirm though.
