I visited Padini Concept Store (1st floor)and Brand Outlet (second floor) at Seremban Palm Mall last Thursday (24/9/15). I saw always some people flew into the Shops, watching, testing and buying. The prices are all affordable. Buy more pieces (more quantity for same pattern with different color) get lesser payment. One customer just simply picked a few at hand. Buying more branded garments at Padini is far more better than buying at other shops and also at Pasar Malam in terms of pricing, brands, quality and confidence. FYI, less people visited other shops at the Mall when compare to Padini. That is my observation.

If ValueCap is not functioning now, KLSE cannot stand at 1600 (especially yesterday and most probably today). It is due to foreign investors not just wanted to pull down Ringgit value, but also KLSE. KLSE index always reflex first Malaysia economic. Thus it is a must to do so. All Malaysians should put down our negative behavior towards our country and support gov effort as we have no choice while waiting all internal issues to settle down one day. If we don't help ourselves, are you expecting foreign investors to help us?

This is a yearly event, approved very year by shareholders but Padini has never buy back its shares. That's why though its business is well and it gives a good dividend, very hard for its shares to climb. Padini must act if it wants shareholders to approve this year.

If Opensys has no confidence that its business is doing well, there will be no bonus shares.

Immediate hurdle for JCY at 68 sen, says AllianceDBS Research

KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 9): AllianceDBS Research the immediate hurdle for JCY International Bhd ( Valuation: 2.40, Fundamental: 2.50) was at 68 sen and said JCY had on Sept 8 traded higher to 67.5 sen before closing near the day’s high at 66.5 sen (up 3 sen or 4.72%).

In its evening edition yesterday, the research said JCY crossed over the 20-day MA line on Sept 8.

“Following the up close, the stock is expected to test higher level again with immediate hurdle at 68 sen.

“A crossover of 68 sen should see further price rise to the next overhead resistance zone, 71 sen – 72 sen.

“The support is pegged at 64 sen. A fall below 64 sen would put pressure on the stock down to the subsequent support zone, 60 sen – 62 sen,” it said.

AllianceDBS Research said stock volume traded on Sept 8 was 8.32 million shares compared to the 3-month average volume of 5.43 million shares.

The research house said indicators wise,the MACD was above the 9-day moving average line with the buy signal remains intact.

It said the relative strength index indicated that the stock was currently in the neutral zone.

期望能扭转劣势 Ingenuity进军物流业

（吉隆坡3日讯）亏损的资讯科技（ICT）方案供应商Ingenuity统一有限公司（INGENCO，0034，创业板），其高级管理层已在今年初出现变动后进军物流业务，以带领公司恢复健康财务状况。
该集团董事经理黄英苏（译音）告诉传媒：“如果新的管理层能为物流和现有业务的生产能力，在一年内提高40％，我想我们可以在不到1年的时间内转盈。”他补充，上述业务将在未来1至2年时间贡献集团10％的收入。
自去年6月起，Ingenuity统一一直亏损，但在截至2014年12月30日止第3季度出现短暂复苏。黄氏在本地的物流行业拥有15年经验，使他成为合适人选领导集团新成立的业务。
他在今年3月向前董事经理陳文隆收购9.22％股权后成为主要股东，然后在4月3日被任命为该集团的董事经理。
黄氏说：“如果所有计划都进展顺利，我们肯定获取成果。我刚从外国回来，我给自己一年时间来重新整理业务。”
他称：物流业务补充了Ingenuity统一的ICT分销供应链。“裁减过多员工后，生产力就会上升。有了这个第2引擎进来，它将补充整个作业流程。”
它的传统ICT分销业务，由于商业环境竞争激烈，令到赚幅遭到侵蚀因而出现亏损。
“由于该业务的赚幅并不吸引，因此我们需要另一种服务作为补充，以降低成本。”
该集团在日5月28日的公布中指出，在截至2015年3月31日止财政年度，出现2471万令吉的净亏损，但在去年同期录得171万令吉的净盈利。而营业额则按年从6亿1670令吉下降34％至4亿703万令吉，主要是ICT分销业务贡献较低，而较低的赚幅是造成净亏损的主要原因。
此外，Line Clear速运是Ingenuity统一的全资子公司，在2013年成立作为其内部的分销渠道。目前，它拥有30辆货车，目标是在数周内全面运作。该公司计划在今年底前扩充至50辆货车。
该公司在截至2016年3月31日止财政年度，拨出500万令吉作为物流业务的资本开支。它也寻求收购另一块土地来扩大其仓储设施。
现在，该集团专注在巴生谷的运输服务。
在竞争方面，黄氏表示：“我们不会为了竞争而全力以赴，但会倾向于互相补充。我们将会为所有行业提供物流服务，特别是中小型企业。而这些都是推动国家经济的公司。”
他透露：“我们正在刘蝶购物广场筹备设立一家新商店，为顾客购买ICT产品后提供物流服务。”
在ICT业务方面，它拥有4大核心业务，分别是商业软件方案、系统综合和服务、ICT硬件和软件分销和服务，以及电讯产品和分销服务。
该集团的电讯产品和分销服务部门将由首席执行员钟杰夫（译音）领导，他在3月受委出任该职位。在未上任前，他是明讯有限公司（MAXIS，6012，贸易服务组）的流动产品和国际服务部门副总裁。
Ingenuity统一还计划建立一个新的电子商务平台，以缩短零售商和分销商订购大批产品的过程。它的目标是在1天之内于巴生谷范围内交付货物。
除了ICT产品外，该电子商务平台还可订购各种各样产品，包括食品和医药产品。

· JCY (Trading Buy, TP: RM0.85). Yesterday, JCY gapped up and closed at RM0.765 (+2.5 sen or +3.38%). Chart-wise, the share price broke out from downtrend trend line resistance of RM0.735, while a bullish “Flag” pattern is taken shape. JCY is well supported by all 3 SMAs and the surged of daily trading volume. Despite Stochastics are trending into overbought territory, MACD histogram continues its bullish divergence, while RSI is hooking upwards, this is suggesting strong buying interests that could possibly rally the stock further. As such, we are placing a “Trading Buy” call on JCY with a target price of RM0.85 (based on objective measurement), while a strict stop-loss of RM0.72 should be placed (3 bids below support level of RM0.735 (S1)).
