In short, we understand this as a semi-complete value chain business model, so what does this means?

This means that from raw material sourcing (Trading Arm), to actually manufacturing (In this case, the Construction Arm) to selling the end products (Property Development) are managed by AGESON themselves. With the company’s experience in this field, it is not hard to expect AGESON can continue to sustain such growth in the future!

Key Note #2 – The company will and has diversify into more profitable and sustainable businesses. Now, if you are following our posts previously, you should note that AGESON is one of the rare companies that achieved double digit net profit margin amongst the list of listed companies. In my humble opinion, the only company that is capable of getting such margin would be KERJAYA PROSPEK GROUP BERHAD.

But with such margin and less than 5 times P/E multiple? NONE.

To recap, AGESON had achieved a 3 to 4 digit increase in their bottom line since FY 2019 Q4, for 5 consecutive quarters.. What other company can deliver such exceptional results, and trade at single digit P/E multiple ?!

Key Note #1 – The company is focused on continuously creating more shareholder value. Now, when a company mention “shareholder value”, I know that a lot of people would define it as the dividend or share price increase. But being an actual INVESTOR of a company, we need to understand that ultimately, the growth of the company is the utmost important factor to consider.

With the upcoming US Presidential Election, I noticed that some investors are not fully prepared for the plummet in terms of share price. But being a value investor myself, It is important to note that value is always the number factor when concluding whether to invest in, or not in a company.

Liew said the company was expecting better results in financial year (FY) 2021, driven by the venture into sand mining business, which will start in 4Q 2020.

"We are also in the midst of finalising some property development projects that involve the state government.

"This is the next catalyst for Ageson, as these projects include a leasing structure for the next 20 years.

"We want to build Ageson to be a company that can weather business disruptions as a result of the pandemic and a strong dividend yield company," he said.

Apart from Malaysia, Ageson will also carry out river sand mining in Cambodia and the Philippines.

Liew said the contracts from its main clients for river sand and silica sand range from one year to 15 years.

"This would generate sustainable recurring income to the group," he said.

"We source our sand from our joint venture (JV) agreements with Bintang Dayang Sdn Bhd (BDSB) for river sand and Menteri Besar Kedah Incorporated (MBI Kedah) for silica sand," Larry said when asked where the river sand mining would be carried out.

"This is our first venture with BDSB and MBI Kedah to undertake the sand business activities and our joint venture is based on profit sharing according to the shareholding proportion," he said.

MBI Kedah will grants the right and full authority for Ageson to undertake new silica sand mining activities at new concession areas in Bukit Buluh, Mukim Serdang, Bandar Baharu, Kedah and other new prospective concession sites to be identified in the state.9

Ageson has secured letters of intent (LOI) and award to supply sand in bulk to overseas customers.

These include LOI from Boyijun Resources (HK) Ltd for the supply of natural sand with a contract value of RM110.6 million for a period of up to December 2021.

It has also secured an LOI from Techpack Solutions Co Ltd for the supply of silica sand with a contract value of RM330.7 million for five years.

The company has also secured a RM27.4 billion contract from Guangzhou Kaishengda Industrial Co. Ltd for the supply of river sand and river mouth sand for 15 years.

"We identified the sand mining business as it complements the group's existing business and is an upstream expansion.

"Sand is an essential raw material used for various building materials including concrete, mortar, plasters and to fill areas beneath flooring.

"Hence, the sand mining actually complements our existing core businesses," he told the New Straits Times.

River sand is widely used for construction material and in high demand due to the rapid pace of construction and reclamation works in China and Hong Kong.

I've been focusing on several construction projects and unable to pay attention to the forum recently. However, I noticed my absence for just a couple of days had allowed the creditors who were fabricating the accounts to scam monies from Ageson Berhad (7145) to spam in the forum.



Hence, I would like to fully expose what these people are doing.



The story begins as such. The "victim(s)" had tried to attack both AGES and ARBB. If you noticed the time frame of spammers in which they comment, usually they can never comment at both forums at once. We can confirm these people are a same group of spammer trying to defame the company.



Some investors actually reached me to identify the issue about dilution. I'm not sure the spammers comes from University of Sleep at Home or what, but they actually lacks the base, fundamental knowledge in corporate finance. First of all, the dilution comes from issuance of convertible preference shares. Now bear in mind preference shares does not have controlling rights, nor their shareholding were shown in the SSM / CTOS yet.



I've reached to the relevant authority, and the status is in the midst of updating.. So once I got the latest info I will slap these people with the letter from the governing power.



So, both the "victim" received convertible preference shares in which they could convert and acquire up to 90% + stakes in Prinsiptek (M) Sdn. Bhd. (or simply known as PRINSIPTEK)



It is on their free will to whether to convert the company or not, but I believe the previous management DF (We all know who we talking about) had been pointing fingers and being ultra irresponsible on the debts. And based on our source, this individual work together with the creditors to defame ARBB and AGES cause he got kicked out from the company!



Never mind that, back to the real problem. These "victim" had requested for preference shares previously instead of common shares with actual voting rights.. Aha! Now we know what they are up to..



In short, yes. The "victims" actually have the controlling stake of PRINSIPTEK. And for the company to wind up it had to go through BURSA and SSM. It is not child's play to wind up a company. Make some sense lah.. You really think investors stupid isit..



Then, these people also accused that the accounts of AGES is fake. Again, I believe emilysiew1 who had actual accounting background as per our conversation had explained the reason behind the positive operating expenses. Let me give you an example; had you seen tax charged to a company being a positive figure?



Exactly. Accounting had reversals, write-back and so forth. So. next time when you try to attack, pick up an accounting book (or google) before you try to defame the company.



Nevertheless, having dealing with the company for some time, I can say that they had been really good paymasters (As long as you do the job!) And I can't sit and watch these idiots defame the company further.



So for investors out there, I hope this clarifies your thoughts!
