There are 9 conditions precedents to be fulfilled by Air Selangor in the SPA. These are mainly approvals from various stakeholders. I wonder which of these is not yet fulfilled and can be a show-stopper?

Remember Puncak's cash per share after sale of water assets is about 3.70. Investors expect it to gap up soon to RM3.50 or more. So if there is a sudden sell-down to below 2.50, it will be beyond many investors pain limits. So they will sell. But remember for each share the wolves buy at below 2.70, they could get as much as RM1 at anytime till 1st Oct or thereabouts. So the scenario is set for a wolves' play, possibly with the connivance of Puncak's insiders. Bursa do not seem to care since their enforcement is weak - their officials mainly buta-gaji!

money888. The wolves collect low from those wanting to 'cut loss' etc. Then the price goes up and gap up when Roxali announce ex-date for special dividend. This way they make fat profits from those who bought high in the hope of special dividend and then 'cut loss' when the wolves tamp down the price. They did the same with KSL. In the case of KSL, the bangsat wolves very likely was in cooperation with powerful KSL insiders. They made in 3 months of sell downs as much as KSL made in one quarter and probably more! I also do not trust Puncak's management much!

Look at the wolves tamping down the price. 468K sell by 8 persons. Nexy would be a sudden sell-down or slow drift to below 2.50. They did the same to KSL. So be forewarned!

The bangsat wolves are tamping down the price to collect. It's always like this since about a year ago. Whenever there is a prospect of a huge cash payout, they will tamp down the price so disappointed small investors will sell. I would not be surprise if they engineer a drastic sell-down to below 2.50. So be forewarned!
