C88 exercise Price 4.55, expiring 31st Dec 2020, last Trading day is 29th Dec 2020.

This morning Genting dropped like a stone in the first 20 minutes, straight to 4.25, a drop of 30 cents with about 8 million shares transacted before it rebounded to 4.40 towards the late morning, but dipped again after that and it closed @4.31, who is laughing all the way to the bank?

Tomorrow there could be a rebound, barring sharp drops from Overseas markets tonight, but it would be capped at 4.55 till 29th... I suspect..

Just my wild imaginations and my 2 cents..

C84 expiring 24th.. Tomorrow last Trading day.. Exercise Price 4.30.. So tomorrow will it close @4.30 or below?

@around 4.50 is a good resistance turned support level

Suspect IB pressed Genting share price down. Because Genting C88 is expiring on 31st Dec 2020, with its last Trading day on 29th Dec. The exercise price of the Call warrant is 4.55, with surrending 4 C88 Call warrants into 1 Genting Share. C88 last traded @2cents.

So if Genting Price stays @4.55 or lower at 5pm, 29th Dec, all the call warrants C88 would have zero cash value and the issuer IB for the 50,000,000 C88 call warrants issued @15 cent, would not have to fork out any money for cash settlement with the C88 holders. The IB will win 100%, take all the money on the table.

Pressing down needs bullets. The IB would likely buy back all the bullets used to press the price down @4.55 and below and at the same time controlling the share price @4.55 and below...

Just a wild guess.. otherwise just can't figure out why GenM held up so steady @2.7++, dropping only slightly from its recent high of 2.90. Moreover Genting Singapore is also very steady @S$0.85-0.87

Over the past 20 years, Cambodia Airports as an associate accounted for rm1, 026,458,000 share of profits to the company and the company received rm522, 694, 000 as dividend, a pay out ratio of 51%. This profits cannot be converted into cash? Just paper?

Bstead holds another precious jewel, Affin Bank which has total share in issue of 2,079 million shares with NTA per share @rm4.76 but depressed share price @rm1.43

Bstead holds 20.73 % whereas LTAT holds 35.33 %.

The 20.73 % in Affin Bank intrinsically could fetch a billion RM.
