Serbak conundrum depends on settling account issue. Without conclusive answer and auditors signing the QR and AR, Serbak shareholders will be at losing end.

I am worry that might be the case. Asking for money all the time by private placement, right issue or preference share.

Bought this company before. The price range from 25 to 40 cents since last year. What need to be analyse is the low PE- which is suppose to be good but never pay dividend. Beside this, the company also has a lot of conversion from preference share. Are we looking at Fintec operation?

Have not reach the bottom. Those with caiptal can hold. I think the bottom is in next few days or weeks. Stock most important aspect is trend. Dont fight with trend as an upward moving stock will reward those who buy.

A company can be good and give continous growth in profits and increase in dividend means nothing if it is secretive in its key dissemination of information.

Armada is a good company with future better profit. But Serbak unwillingness to unveil the SIR is a serious issue for investors. For listed company, transparency is the few most important traits as minorities not controlling the company running depend on it to make decisions on their investment.

Glove will move downward for the next one to two years. Side way and down with general trend moving down. This will be most likely correct. However this does not mean those who bought now will confirm lose money as it will rise in future. Stock there is no answer whether will go up or down in time to come.

Ays did share placement so that the company can buy back its share? Will the Bursa allow this or even Bank Negara? Ays needs to apply for financial license as profiting from buy or sell share commercially need licensing ( like a broker )? All the buy back is just so that you can sell out your share? That means Ays will be looking at big lose after all the traders do sell of their holding. Logic or just to save an investor wrong call?

What analysts write are reports for us to value the companies. One thing for sure market is much forward looking than analysts. Market value the price of a stock based on many things with profits, PE and future growth story. I believe the market will increase the stock valuation of plantation companies in next few months. One thing we must agreed is the land area is one thing that cannot increase y itself. With the initiative of governments to stop openning of new land to cultivate palm oil, the price CPO will increase. The number of people in the Earth is increasing thus require more resources for their daily consumption.

The share prices of palm stock are undervalue as it is still at covid era. With high price of cpo the stocks should appreciate to certain levels to reflect the future higher price of cpo. Yes, 5000 per mt will not be sustainable next year but the price will still be in 3000 plus. Thus the current valuation is not justifiable. Most analysts are not competent. We reflect back to glove era where they put much lower TP but once the retract of of stock prices happen, they are still having high tp for the glove stocks. A lot of them are not forward looking and just use PE as guidance in their analysis reports.

Buy before the price move in steep uptrend. Dont be following others when they are greedy. We must have better understanding of market to earn from undervalue stock. We need to be top traders/ investors the 20% and avoid being the 80%. The 80% follow what other preach and a lot lost money in 8 out 10 transactions.

The nature of commodity related stock is it is cycle in nature. We had steel run for the past 6 months- which just hit the brake and in reverse. Truly to be part of the winner cycle you need to have the right entry point- enter before the steep rise and the hold till the commodity price in 70 plus percent uptrend.
