MyEG（MYEG，0138 ，主板贸服股）截至3月底第三季净利增8.6%至5855万令吉；营业额涨12.4%，报1亿1153万令吉。

累计首9个月，净利扬20%至1亿7037万9000令吉；营业额扩大19.6%，报3亿1879万5000令吉。

业绩增长归功于线上更新外劳准证、外劳重新聘用计划服务和外劳保险交易量走高。外劳工作配对和职业介绍计划，及汽车贸易相关服务也捎来贡献。




行家建议

MyEG没有从消费税监管工程获得任何盈利，因此，首9个月净利低于市场和我们的预测。

随着消费税降到0%，相信消费税监管工程会被取消，因此，2018到2020财年的每股净利预测，我们下修18.7%到42.6%。

不过，MyEG股价大选后暴跌71%，大部分负面消息都已反映，所以将投资评级从“减持”上调到“增持”。

而且MyEG的服务不昂贵，巴生谷更新路税每宗仅2.75令吉，外劳工作准证更新每名仅35令吉，加上拥有全国递送服务，所以相信别的竞争对手很难复制。

作為目前馬股4家特別併購公司（SPAC）的其中一員，SONA石油（SONA，5241，主板特別併購）有信心能夠獲得證監會（SC）的批准，完成對Salamander（布阿魯昂）能源有限公司（SEBG）40%股權的收購，放眼成為繼木槿花石油（HIBISCS,5199,主板工業產品組）後，第二家從特別併購公司行列成功畢業的上市公司。



據SONA石油董事經理拿督斯里哈迪安哈欣指出，該公司已經於8月29日向證監會呈交提案，預計可在未來數個月獲得各方的批准，整個收購行動料在今年內全面完成。



他同時相信，上述泰國油氣資產的收購建議是個良好的協議，因此可獲得股東的通過。

在呈交予證監會的提案中，包含了兩份分別由格埃弗尼-克萊納（GCA）石油顧問以及普華永道（PWC）所發出的評估報告。

A BIDDING WAR is set to break out over Salamander Energy, a London-listed oil explorer with operations in Asia.

It is understood that Ophir Energy, a FTSE 250 oil company, and Cepsa, the Spanish giant controlled by the Abu Dhabi investment fund IPIC, are preparing rival takeover offers that could value Salamander at more than £275m.

The target is one of a clutch of explorers that have had their shares pummelled by the falling oil price. The catalyst for the bids is thought to be the potential breakdown of a $280m (£174m) deal struck by Salamander in July to sell a stake in its flagship oil field, in Thailand, to an acquisition vehicle called Sona Petroleum.

well i think tomorrow will green for most of the stocks...On Friday DJ up >100 points.

It is common sense. As you can see, SONA normally its share is not very volatile or high in trading volume. But on Friday , its volume hit new high in months . 99% is not due to goreng and it must be someone start colllecting.

Somethings very unusual on SONA's performance on Friday. I am sure somethings ( most probably +ve news ) is coming up for SONA very soon. Cant wait and see!!

they still not yet reply to UMA but price keep up. Perhaps there should be reply to UMA with positive announcement later ...then price may shoot up for 2nd round today....my 2 cents.
