The strengthen of US dollar will further increase Inari profit in next quarter. I expect more good news from Inari. Based on my fundamental analysis, Inari worth more than RM1.56. It is just a matter of time when it can reach RM2. It you think you will only buy Inari at RM1.30 then what is your target price ? Is it RM1.40 or more. The difference here is how you value Inari share. Whether you based on current profit or future prospect of the Company.

So much rumours on the cash flow statement of Inari and I just go through and analysis the cash flow statement for Inari. Any one think of why Inari utilized nearly all its operating profit to invest in the property, plant and equipment over these few years?

Inari is involve in semiconductor industry. If no massive investment to increase the capacity, build new plant at Senai to facilitate the production of fibre optic which is expected to growth significantly over next few years and acquired Amerton, then how the company will be able to meet the demand from its customer- Avago in future .Just look at Avago, its latest released earning again in record. In addition synergy from acquisition of Amerton is expected like cost saving in procurement, sharing resources of the technology will again boost Inari profit in future. Now we are taking about globalisation.So Inari must growth bigger in order compete worldwide or it will left behind.

The company has also grant pioneer status for five years. That means the company has lower effective tax rate (only Amerton need paid tax) and has higher profit in future.

The company also received grant of RM9 million to purchase property, plant and equipment from MIDA in 2013 for its subsidiary. This amount will be used to offset purchase of PPE in future when received.

Synergistic partnership with Agilent. Inari’s 51%-owned Ceedtec is is expected to grow rapidly with exposure to international markets.

Management effort by the appointment of experience new CTO from Avago to lead the group's research and development and fibre-optics business units.

I think Inari management are smart. They look at the long term growth of the company. Technology is about investment. Look at Samsung. Massive investment in capital expenditure and now they become No. 1 in the world. Don't too early conclude that Inari cash flow got problems. What I can say is investment need time to get return.

So long the fundamental still strong, with good dividend and profits the share price will up again. Why worries every day. Believe your choice and analysis and don't listen to rumours. Then you will become next warrent buffett.

Just compare the profits if you hold Inari without selling it with you sell and buy during these few months. what is the profit. Then you know the benefit becoming investor.

Seems like Inari have new shareholders especially foreign funds and also EPF based on the 28 october 2013 shareholding list..

just look at the P/E. If annualized estimated around 9. The price still very very cheap.

Time to pick. Oversold already this counter. Fundamental still strong based on my detail analysis on this company. RHB may pick a ot aldy this share at 26 or 25 by spreading rumours..

correction till result coming out..The result probably coming out end of this month due to consolidate of newly acquired subsidiary amerton. Time to pick if you believe the price is still undervalue. Gtronic and MPI have perform well, so I believe Inari will be the same.

Investor always get their capital growth in long term. Contra players normally lost money even though they get huge profit in short term. Don't worry all Inari investor. I strongly believe that inari share price will up again as the company fundamental is strong.
